Just right love these! They are just what we needed

The laptop power up really fast. No problem so far.

Love new lab top it does everything I ask it to do

I ended up returning this laptop and purchasing another as the Windows version (S Mode) installed only allows apps from Windows and I need to be able to use other apps and programs outside of the Windows ecosphere.

Basic, average laptop. Doesn't do anything great. Not bad for the price. Having trouble logging into most of my accounts, keep getting messages not recognizing username or password. I'm not sure if it's a settings issue or a window 11 issue.

This brand of HP laptops are highly defective for some reason. For example, the mouse refuses to work properly. It continues to have issues while using, like highlighting the whole page, any text on a browser, misplacing tabs, its truly some badly built device in my opinion. And yes, the laptop is useless if the mouse pad doesnt work as intended.

When i purchase this for my business I thought having a tablet/laptop would be great. Some of the functionalities take a long to change back over when converting and the sensitivity is through the roof

Bought this laptop in September 2023. I only used it for college work. It overheats quickly even if you have 2 tabs open. The mousepad gets stuck which makes the screen go crazy. These issues began within 2 months of purchase. The battery doesn't last that long. I also bought the one-year warranty, but it doesn't cover its issues (an employee told me so). Save your money to buy a better laptop!

It is an ok computer but for some reason it starts giving problems if you leave it on for a few days. It is constantly doing updates and restarting. I should have stayed with Lenovo.

The computer is really good for what I need and can hold games pretty well, but the touchpad keeps getting stuck and takes awhile to get unstuck so I have to use a separate mouse.

Worked for a couple of days. Then it started getting hot and shuts down. It happened after my return date. Now I'm stuck..

I probably won’t buy another until windows 10 is obsolete. We needed some laptops to run windows 10 but we had driver issues. We couldn’t do a clean install of win11 and bypass online login, so was annoying.

Unfortunately , I didn't realize that new computers in my budget range no longer had the 10 pad on the lower right side on the keyboard. And they also don't have SD card slots on the side for viewing camera SD cards. As I am a person who inputs numbers frequently, I find using the upper row of numbers very slow and inconvenient. Also it doesn't help when the salesman sells you the wrong SD Card Reader which isn't compatible with this computer. If you basically write letters or emails this is the computer for you. If I could afford to return this computer for maybe one with a 10 pad I would. However since I can't I'm stuck with it.

This laptop seems to be slower than the one I had before and also having trouble when I first open it getting on internet… may have to reset it

This laptop is fine for basic household functions like paying bills and internet surfing. The mousepad function seems a little touchy or hard to operate at times.

Not enough space for my pictures. Would recommend a different laptop.

I assisted my mom with purchasing this laptop for my dad. He uses it for church business and etc. There are some hiccups we’ve run into that we can’t do on it as we do on the old laptop.

Excellent laptop for use by High School student. Provides great portability and 2 in 1 makes use as a table a bonus. Great value for the cost.

I love the computer but i feel it a used computer, it always hot i tried to reach out to best buy on customer service i was disappointed at the services
