Small screen, but mainly used for watching video on big screen. Got it on a great sale, another reason for the purchase. When you find it on sale, buy it. Used Best Buy card and got lots of time to OPM.

Seems I was sold a refurbished laptop

Keeps showing two user profile.. the battery drains super quick when not in use. When I delete items they don’t erase completely

When called and asked if we could ship it back for a refund, we were told no and that we would have to take it in for someone to look at it. The closest Best Buy is 2 hrs away. Will never purchase an open box item from Best Buy again.

So Slow

As I type this review the keyboard is lagging behind and I cannot even accomplish the most basic tasks with this computer. Could be my most regrettable purchase ever at Best Buy. Terrible computer.

It’s a bad computer

The time it takes to open a web browser is painful. I hate this computer. *note I am not a super intuitive computer person, but holy moly this thing is garbage….I do know that.

Do not buy Geek Squad Certified

He's had it for only 3wks, loved it, but all of the sudden it started to have issues and now it isn't working. There was only a 15 day return window and now he's stuck with it. DO NOT BUY THE "Open-Box Excellent - Geek Squad Certified"!!!

Definitely don’t recommend

Also not smooth software and pretty slow. Wasn’t even able to return because of the 15 days. Had another hp before and after 2/3 years, it did the same thing.

Lasted 9 months

After a similar bad experience with HP computers (but not printers) I told myself I'd never buy another HP product, but I was suckered in and now regret it.

Everytime I tried to move the cursor it jumped to something completely different. Would not let me scroll. The battery also died relatively quickly
