    It didn’t say that the RAM was soldered in the laptop. I couldn’t use a recently bought ram into it. The sellers said that I can upgrade it but maybe they didn’t know that the ram was soldered. Overall its good just disappointed by the non upgradable RAM

    This laptop has been perfect for me! I previously had an HP Envy, and I’ve always loved HP products. The set up was super easy, the size is great, and the employees were super helpful with tips at check out!

    I’ve had it for about 8/9 months and I love it! I use it daily for school and personal use. I also play Minecraft on it. It runs very well, chargers fast and the battery last decent too! Worth the purchase!

    Beautiful laptop, especially the color, functions properly; I bought this one for my wife, as I have a silver one. This would be our 3rd HP Pavilion x360 since 2015. In other words, I am very loyal to this brand as it is reliable.
