Easy to use. Does a good job for what I need to do.

I recently purchased the HP-Pavilion 2-in-1 14" Touch Screen Laptop. I'm still learning some of the features. I liked my old HP Laptop better, but it died. I don't like that the 2-in-1 Touch Screen Laptop does having as many inputs as my other had.

I'd give it a five if windows 11 weren't so weird.

This is a fantastic laptop. It does just what I need and is fast and has good memory. It arrived quickly and was very easy to set up. I am so very pleased with this purchase.

This laptop is such a great laptop for school. I also love how the 360 screen allows me to prop is up if I’m watching a movie. Also it’s very great for drawing.

Thought I was buying an exact copy of the laptop I had when I ordered it online. Took it out of the box and it was NOT the same. My fault for trusting HP. The old HP Pavillion had a backlit keyboard and a good touchpad, which the replacement doesnt. Also, it seems to jump randomly to different cells when I am working in a spreadsheet. On the plus side, more storage and lower price point. I recommend you test drive HP Pavillions rather than buy them online, because you dont know what you are going to get online

The laptop is perfect for my business. It does everything that I hoped it would do and more. I would definitely recommend this laptop to friends and family.

Great laptop for my elementary age child. Perfect for google classroom and online learning in the event it’s needed.

I loved the item because i have not had a really good computer till now so i would say that this item is amazing

I thought it would be easy to set up, but it has so many 'rules' that I needed the help of the Geek Squad just to get to my preferred browser and email accounts. And then I could start loading other software. It's a nice little unit though.

I was not happy with the operating system not allowing me to use after market applications I haved for years, especially after the salesman said I could when I questioned him about it. Other than that it works fine

I took my laptop to the Geek Squad to see if it could be fixed. It couldn’t. So the Geek Squad (especially Francis) was so helpful in matching me with the laptop I needed and then setting it up. This new laptop is perfect!

I am enjoying being able to travel with my computer. I plan on starting my own business and praying this will make the biggest difference.

Great delivery and laptop for the price. The color is pretty as well, and useful for school.

Great computer so far! Switched from a Mac book because I was having issues. Touchpad is super sensitive which is the only issue I’ve had yet! Would recommend!
