Poorly set up by Best Buy

It has a 2TB hard drive and it keeps telling me I am low on memory. It had to be reset once softly and then a hard reset today. The geek rep did not offer to carry it to the car for me and it was heavy. Not all the set up and transfer was completed. Very disappointed in the computer and the service from Best Buy.

Big Screen

A little awkward for the USB plug. Overall, seems quick. Great upgrade. Huge hard drive, more than I will probably use. Bought the computer on sale.

Simple to use and sleek design!

Touch screen is nice and big for my 9 year old to use (new generation)! My only complaint would be that it came with a dvd reader, not blue-ray but that was not the purpose of the pc! This was a replacement for a 10 year hp desktop! I just hope will last that long also! My 3rd HP product!

Perfect computer for our needs

Love the large touch screen and the fact that the USB and SD slots are right in it. No more tower to deal with. We will never fill the 2 Terabyte hard drive. It boots up in seconds which is another plus.

She loves the responsiveness of the touch screen (I don’t ever use it like that). We would definitely purchase this computer all over again
