computer ok - windows 10 - a real problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer with windows 10 is one of the worst possible, a real nightmare. Since last Sept we have had three new computers all with windows 10 and are still having big problem one computer could not be repaired and thus replaced.. Your Geek Squad, both on-line or in the LV office, are unable to fix the problem, primarily because they cannot identify the problem. All we know is that windows 10 is a complete hassle to work with and we are very sorry the we have it. Sadly, the real blame is on Microsoft - not really on the computer itself.

HP All In One Computer

I had to return the computer two weeks after purchase due to glitches in the Windows 10 program. The Geek Squad recovered my lost icons and Microsoft Office. Unfortunately, Windows 10 is not customer friendly. I recommend the HP product but not Windows 10.

Nice hardware...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to split my review into two parts: Hardware and Software. The hardware is solid. Beautiful picture, quick processor, plenty of RAM and storage space for anything I need to do. My only complaint related to the hardware is the keyboard size. It is undersized and I've already replaced it with a full sized wireless keyboard, also an HP product, for about $35. The undersized keyboard makes touch typing mixed alpha and numeric data a horrible experience. You will make mistakes. The software: Window 10 still has some issues. An early update froze and forced me to restore the original image before the system had been out of the box four hours. Fortunately restoring the original image isn't difficult: Hold down the shift key and keep it down when you restart until you see a restore menu. Be careful not to completely wipe your HD or you lose the restore image! I didn't do that... just saying. Solid hardware for the money. Love the screen and my nice clean desktop. I'm not going to miss the tower and wires. Microsoft needs to clean up Windows 10 a bit yet...
