So easy to use with everything in one piece. No wires going everywhere and wondering if we got it hooked up correctly. Sound easy to adjust and beautiful display screen.

Great resolution, no wires is a great addition. Have had good luck with previous HP's and expect this one to be the same. The set-up was very easy and quick. Pricing was great and salesperson was somewhat helpful but did not really push the product,

I hope the keyboard was less confused. The keys are all the same size and aligned so you have to pay attention before typing specially when using the arrows up down right left.

Love the lack of wires running everywhere with this all-in-one computer with wireless printer, keyboard and mouse! Still learning about what all it will do--not the machine's fault but mine--just haven't taken the time to explore all the programs. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to others.

My first all in one.Had some reservations about everything being in one unit. So far very satisfied with the computer. The only issue I have is the access to to the peripheral plug ins. the fix though is simple I just installed a USB hub and USB card reader. The built in speakers are very good quality.

Within a month the remote keyboard and mouse stopped working. Called HP which was a nightmare. The first agent I spoke with told me I had to pay to have it fixed and needed my charge card. I did not agree with this and asked to speak with supervisor. After a while he finally agreed to replace the broken parts and sent me a box to return the computer. The instructions that came with the reshipment box were not clear. I called HP again and finally had to ask to speak with a supervisor. He told me not to ship the computer back. He told me he would resend a keyboard and mouse to me and just to return the non-functioning parts in a box they were providing. I received it yesterday. I am shipping the old keyboard and mouse back today. I have not tested out the new ones. I spent well over 2 hours trying to get this resolved. The conflicting instructions from two supervisors and the attempt to get me to buy a policy with HP and confusing dialogue with them were just unacceptable and hope no one would have to go through it.

Overall this computer has been excellent. We are using it in a small office environment. The only complaint would be the randomly on a few occasions the screen has gone black and we were unable to get it to come back on. A simple restart has been able to remedy it with no residual effects. Overall a great buy.

My only problem with this computer is the keyboard. The keyboard that came with the computer has a 10-key, but the zero was not in the correct position (it was moved more to the center). I am an accountant and need the zero to be in the normal position. I had to purchase another key board.

Have a problem getting some of the past to load, the loading wheel just keeps whirling. Some times takes 5 minutes to load solitaire. Keyboard is more difficult to use due to compact size of board, compared with previous boards.

I needed a new computer for work, and was shopping online. I couldn't make up my mind, so I went to Best Buy, after the very informed sales person showed me my different options, I decided to go with this HP. And for sure this was the best choice. I love my new computer.
