This is by far the best HP computer I have owned yet.

I like the style and it looks nice and it's amazing.

I got this for my kids to learn how to type. My kids are 5 and 6 years old so I figured I didn't want something to expensive because they are kids. Problem is they never really used it and it got ruin Within 6 months. Bummer.

Bought item and have had nothing but issues since. Item is ok but service and entailing details are ridiculous. Took almost a month to get item due to no stock and reorder due to item defective. Then finally get it and the software sold to us was the worst we could have gotten after it being recommended. Whole system virus infected and had to spend another $300 to get fixed. Now nothing but issues. Do not feel safe doing anything online as viruses are rampant. Very disappointed in whole transaction.

This pc is adequate & gets the job done. Still learning tools to help run this pc efficient. Only complaints so far is the 10 keys #0 is too small & upset this pc is $100 less a month later.

Computer looks real nice. However, had several issues with it once I booted it up for the first time. Lots of freezing. I had to restore the computer twice before getting it to function properly. Even then, had a minor issue I was able to resolve via research on the internet. Not sure if it was Windows 10, the fact it's an all-in-one, or just a "dud" of a computer. I hope just a "dud".

I've had 3 different bad experiences with this model, and all 3 were eventually returned. I helped 3 people with these computers and they look amazing, but as we did the setup process the computer one way or another crapped out. 1st time we finished the setup process and it asked to restart and never worked again, even trying recovery mode, nothing. 2nd time we removed the McAfee to install a different anti virus, after uninstalling, it asked to restart same issue as before completely crapped out, it took Geek Squad forever to get it back running but returned it anyway. 3rd time literally just turned it on, touched the Windows start menu logo and the screen went nuts, changed/ distorted colors violently like the machine was on acid lol

its not bad.takes a little to get use to. I wish it had a place for cds.i would much rather have my old one back because i knew how to run it

Hard to hook up external drives and cheap optical burner

Bought for my father-in-law. Said he was too old to learn MAC as we use MACs. Not fun to setup or use. Would not recommend.

Great computer, but a bit slow. Not to pricey so you get what you pay for.
