went from one all in one to I thought was a much better computer.. ??

Cant use been hacked. I may bring back. Set up directions not useful.

Had this computer for less then a year and the hard drive went on it then the operating system went haywire and none of the programs were able to work I almost paid twice for the computer after repairs so I dumped it and got a MAC!

pretty decent..bit slow moving at times...would have liked more memory

the one problem i have with this it does not have slots for SD cards

don't like computer to many problem, will not buy any thing by hp. They will not take it back. just buy a bad computer full of problem. Haven't it a month

This computer is very nice looking and doesn't take up much room at all. It's very easy to install and to setup. My only complaint is the location of all the ports. They are underneath the monitor which make it a little hard to get to.

I have had nothing but problems with this computer. Seeking on-line help with the Geek Squad has made things worse and has wasted a lot of my time. It is unlikely that I will buy another computer at Best Buy or continue my service with geek Squad. It had been a frustrating month.

It looks good but performs louzy. In the first three days of usage it restarted more than three times without any reason.

very unreliable some times it wont wake up from sleep, have to shut down and restart some times it communicates with the printer and sometimes it doesn't sometime it gets the mail right away and sometimes it is the next day I have spent so much time talking to other countries that I cant understand it is horrable

This HP is fast, easy to use and just fantastic ... I am no longer a Mac girl

My dad (age 85) bought this HP All in One and barely used it. 16 months later it is a piece of junk. HP made token gestures, but would not repair or even give 50% off repairs. Horrible customer service from people who can only answer questions by rote. I doubt they are located in the US. NEVER buying HP again.

I ask for help from team member and he told me it was good for what I was using it for but its very very slow always updating or just not responding

Key board is terrible not good for an experienced typist, doesn't respond easily

I bought this all in one for kids school homework but it's not good.we opened it and the screen had scratched.i returned that and bought another same but that one worked for just once .i returned the second one too . Now we are looking again for a decent computer for kids .

I have to split my review into two parts: Hardware and Software. The hardware is solid. Beautiful picture, quick processor, plenty of RAM and storage space for anything I need to do. My only complaint related to the hardware is the keyboard size. It is undersized and I've already replaced it with a full sized wireless keyboard, also an HP product, for about $35. The undersized keyboard makes touch typing mixed alpha and numeric data a horrible experience. You will make mistakes. The software: Window 10 still has some issues. An early update froze and forced me to restore the original image before the system had been out of the box four hours. Fortunately restoring the original image isn't difficult: Hold down the shift key and keep it down when you restart until you see a restore menu. Be careful not to completely wipe your HD or you lose the restore image! I didn't do that... just saying. Solid hardware for the money. Love the screen and my nice clean desktop. I'm not going to miss the tower and wires. Microsoft needs to clean up Windows 10 a bit yet...
