Buyer beware! Unit broke 2 days after warranty... could not even be satisfactorily repaired , but Best Buy stood by their work and refunded money!!

I've had this machine now for a bout 6 weeks without any issues. It runs fast and the new Internet Explorer is much improved, well worth the money.

The monitor is large, clear and great for working with photos! The computer itself is pretty reliable and quick. However it seems to have issues staying connected to the printer-also an HP- and dies not have an option that will easily allow me to connect to my xfinity Internet that is password protected. The keyboard is wireless but does not align well with the computer. Quick emails are fine if you check for typos that occur because the keyboard doesn't keep up with your fingers. Lengthy and detailed publisher documents are a nightmare to complete. The keyboard doesn't keep up, some keys must be pressed multiple times and you must wait precious seconds in between hitting each key! It is terrible and the computer "help" button is worse than a automated phone service- thee is no help for this!

This computer is all I had hoped for in an electronic device. So far, I love everything about it. I don't miss kicking the tower under my desk. This was the 2nd all in one I tried. The first one didn't have a dvd drive nor internal speakers and it cost the same amount of money. I quickly sent it back to that other company and bought this one. Like the lightness of it. I was able to bring it into the house and take it upstairs on my own. Quick easy setup.

I researched a lot of computers before going with this one. It received good reviews and it's perfect for searching online or checking emails. I'm not a gamer, so this is the perfect computer for me. I love the big screen and how easy it was to set up. I've never been disappointed with a HP product.

New to Windows 10 and this was simple to set up right out of the box! It quickly identified our wi-fi, ran it's updates and we were up and running. it has amazing clarity and pretty good sound and camera. Blue tooth was a plus as we can stream our music directly to our blue tooth Bose speakers. We installed/purchased MS 365 and transferred 65 gigs of pictures from our old computer in record time. Happy wife, happy life! :-)

I bought this computer with my in laws who are not too computer savvy, however this computer is perfect for them. The touch screen makes it easy to tap and click and everything they need is at their fingertips. I was a little worried about the all in one desktop... But this proved me otherwise. Great product!

Open the box, set it on the desk top and plug it in! My biggest problem was dealing with Windows 10 for the first time. The computer is fast and it cured all the issues, I had with the computer it replaced.

After having a laptop for a few years this All-in-One is great. The large screen especially shows every detail of the page. Not having a tower is great too. No clutter on desk.

My wife likes the speed and quiet operation of her new Windows 10 All-in-One PC. Only slight negative has been the DVD drive, which is not very solid and has had intermittent errors.

I was looking for something all in one computer for my son. and this is great computer and it has great touch screen.

Refresh rate is fine and functions proficiently when editing/sorting photos, documents, etc or browsing the Web. LOVE not having a tower! Such a cleaner look

This all in one computer far exceeded my expectations, so fast and easy to use.

Great screen and picture. Overall, a good device. The only drawback is the keyboard which is a bit flimsy.
