NIE BIG SCREEN THAT MAKES EVERYTHING A LOT EASIER TO SE. along WITH GREAT APPS THAT HELP THE EVERYDAY OFFICE WORKER.

Windows 8 is more complicated than previos ones. It is hard to navicate. Games are not as good as the previous ones.

One of the main reason I went with this model is because the touch screen feature. I love it. Will never have a computer that isn't touch screen in the future.

My first all in one and very happy with it. No problem so far and I am able to do everything.

The screen is super clear, whether it is close enough to touch or further back for several people to see. No need to huddle close to each other behind a desk.

Don't particularly like the touch screen that seems to be pervasive now. Better after getting used to it. Happy that I was able to change the operating system from Windows 8 to Windows 10. Basic functionality of this computer is good.

We bought this computer for bills and some work things. It works very well but I HATE Windows 8. I hope at some point they will offer a different system.

I went in and said I need an all in one now. They were about to close, but the guy gave me all his attention. The computer is fast and does everything I need, even though I have slow internet at my home.

I absolutely love this all in one, I was hesitant to get it because I was leaning more towards a laptop, but I am SO GLAD that I decided to get this...wonderful picture, awesome sound and so easy to use!!!

Set up was easy. Screen is very large. Not computer savvy so it is taking time to download certain things

Has all the right features for a good price right out of the box. Would be perfect if the screen could tilt.

Overall great computer for just about anyone. The space you will save with this all in one is awesome. You will only need to connect the power cable and that's pretty much it, unless you want to connect things to the USBs or Ethernet port. Runs very quiet not loud at all. To sum my experience up this computer is a very presentable and saves a lot of room. Another bonus about it is the wireless keyboard and mouse. I hate clutter and this computer definitely helped avoid it.

I was skeptical about getting a new computer with Windows 8, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to adapt to the new operating system. The ease of using the entire computer is extremely easy.

Needed a new computer and spent months debating. This was the perfect one - enjoy working on it every day for home and business use. Love Windows 8.1. Great computer for the money - recommend to anyone!

This computer has far surpassed our expectations! I was able to get it all hooked up myself & I am not techy. The ease of operation and speed is great.

bought this computer for my sistrt-in-laws brithday. She is disabled and since using the touch screen, wireless keyboard and mouse she is able to do more work without having to lift her arms to high.

I racked my brain over what to get my parents. Then I spoke with my mom and she complained about their old computer. That's when the plan came together to purchase a computer & printer from Best Buy online, since I live 450+ miles away, and I could use the pickup in store option. It worked great and I was able to have a friend pick up the computer to surprise my parents with the delivery! Thanks Best Buy for getting me out of a bind and making my parents anniversary special. BTW...they LOVE the new HP computer and cannon printer! I scored major points!

My old computer died with no warning and I was stuck but this HP is awesome. BB did a great job transferring data and I was back in business in just a few days. Love, love, love the 23 inch screen!
