I had to get my new Pavilion 23 exchanged, no hassle other than having a new computer that didn't work. Geek squad guys were great!

Over pretty good. Don't like windows 8.1. Love the built in camera and the large monitor.

V ERY CONFUSING!!!! Not sure if my confusion is attributable to Windows 8.1 and/or the Microsoft software - probably a combination of both. Like the actual large screen, unit sometimes is fast, sometimes is slower. I wish there was some kind of 'class' I could take to show me how to use this system - I'm sure it would be more enjoyable then.

Good basic computer system for under $1000. Touch screen is ok

I purchased this computer for my daughter and she loves it! She looked at it and played around with it for 2-3 months before I bought it. She would ask to go to Best Buy so she could see "her computer". Do easy to use. We looked at several different brands but felt HP us the best.

I bought the all in one computer in addition with 3 other items. It was a great purchase computer works well. No complaints.

The salesperson told me there was a discount for the computer box having been opened, so I took advantage of it. He also said the computer had been checked out by the Geek squad and was fully functional. However when I set it up, the wireless keyboard and mouse were non-functional. Fortunately I have a plug in key board and another wireless mouse that do work, so I have been able to use the computer.

I was so impressed right out of the box the computer worked great. The display is wonderful looks great HP even has interactive internet double checks for any issues.

I love my new all in one HP computer. I was worried about windows 8, but love it! Love the monitor on my new computer.

Good computer but the mouse that comes with it...doesn't work very well !!!

hp computers are my favorite. I have five right now and I am thinking of adding another one, probably this one.

This is a huge part of daily routine, school, work, learning, planning and entertainment at your fingertips.

So far so good. Very clear screen resolution. I like the wireless keyboard, but have not had the machine long enough to see if it is tough on batteries.

The reason for purchasing this computer was to save space that the all-in- provides. The HP seemed to be the best value. HP has an excellent reputation.

We ended up taking this back and getting an iMac instead. Windows 8.1 is just a mess, it's horrible, I do NOT recommend it!!! It ate up over 10GB of data in 4 days, which would be fine if you have unlimited, but we are out in the country and have no such luxuries. The programming is not user friendly.

Definitely worth every dollar.Keyboard could be a little bigger, but it is definitely a smooth experience.

I wanted a computer for an adult (me) who doesn't play games or watch movies. A good computer for surfing the web, using Photoshop, Word, Quicken, etc. The salesman listened to me, didn't upsell me something I didn't need. This computer is perfect!!

I am forced to write a comment on the purchase............good product.

This computer is great. My kids who are 11 and 7 can easily use it.
