To me there was nothing wrong with WINDOWS XP, OR WINDOWS 7 so what are they trying to do. When they sell a computer they should allow the person who is buying it to pick the operating system they want in it and have it installed. I hate having to learn another operating system every time I buy a new computer. It's just totally rediculous.

Not happy

It froze up 3 more times. I returned it. Apparently, it is a common problem with the desktop. I bought a Acer and now I am very happy.
