I have owned a HP for eight years never had any issues until buying an updated one. I purchased this computer a month ago, and have had the issue of not being able to review any videos without them turning green. Made several calls and no one can figure out the issue.

I ended up returning this computer and getting a laptop. Poor graphics. Was not able to upgrade the RAM from 8GB. Great screen display and set up, but only for very basic computer operations.

Would recommend this for small office. Great features and functionality. Storage is great for client files. Graphics are excellent. Easy to use and it integrates with the system we have in the office. Set up was very user friendly.

Nice looking but not worth the price to much preloaded software to much in bedded software does run as good as my Toshiba laptop whish was very easy to start n go

I bought this PC a few weeks ago and it is been nothing but trouble. Touchscreen does not work, keys on the keyboard are non functional. HP tech support has been awful.

Still adjusting to MS & needed tech support to finish Internet. Some things still need keyboard &/or mouse.

I had a Geek install and explain my new Microsoft 8, however upon using it for a few days I have encountered multiple problems. First off, I had to pay extra to get commercials out of the way only to find some do make their way into my screen. When I called BB about classes in the store I was told I would have to pay to attend1!! Do you have a booklet I could have and try to figure out problems by myself without paying more and more?

I'm extremely happy with my new home computer, printer and geeksquad purchase, I have received great service and assistance when needed.

I asked for a system that would play my games and this is what was recommended and it's the worst ever but i'm stuck with it now.

I returned this product because I had heard the processor wasn't any good on this computer.

confusing hard to use too many apps and slow. Can't figure out how to navigate and touchscreen is a useless feature.

Worked well but had to return when screen went out. Got a replacement and it has worked out well.

Bought computer on 11/24/14 and it has already failed. Started getting a blue screen with message saying "boot device not found". The hard drive has failed.

Windows 8 is not for me. I returned it for a computer with Windows 7.

It's bigger than a lap top, yet easy to move to different location.

Awesome system, well worth the investment. The techs at the store assisted me with choosing the right system for my needs.

For the price geek squad set up should be free or included in one price not separate charge

I returned 2 weeks ago. Freeze at all the time. Really bad

I think this computer is great never bought HP wasn't sure about it but loving it

I bought three of these all in ones. Done took them back to the store and got something else from a different store. Will not buy a thing from Best Buy ever again. You all went to hot place,like the rest of the dam stores.I have bought many computers, printers,ink, CD's,DVD's, Ram.and many other things, buy I am done.
