I bought this computer because my hard drive went out on my old one. I didn't have a clue what to get so I went on the advice of my son. So as far as all the tech stuff I can't really comment because I don't understand it. What i do know is I really like the all in one. No more tower under the desk. Everything is right on the monitor. Windows 10 takes some getting use to. My son did most of the set up. There are things I really like about 10 and a few I don't but that might be just because I'm not use to it yet. I've only had it just under a month but so far so good.

It's kinda sleeky, and that really cool. I don't know why apps disappear at times, then I have to restart it.

The operating system and convenience of the multiple windows really makes this compact powerhouse a great all inclusive desktop in a easy to use format.

Easy to set up, screen is clear and nice and big. Speakers sound great!! I would recommend this computer and Best Buy, customer service was awesome!!

I originally purchased a different brand from you, and discovered it did not work the same as my HP' s I previously owed. I exchanged back to an HP and Best Buy was very helpful with the exchange process! I will definitely come back again when I need any other merchandise that you carry!

Was worried about learning curve since I was finally replacing my very old pc running on xp, but everything is very easy to figure out. Love it.

My husband can't type so he loves voice feature. This HP is so easy to use and we love Windows 10.

All positive so far. Very to set up and use. The built in speakers are great space savers. We like it so much my wife and I both have one.

i'm a 70 yr. old not real computer savy but chose the all in one to save on space and all the wire mess.With my neighbors & hp's help i hope i'll have a great start up experience. I ordered it online & picked it up at the b'water n.j. store the young lady at the pickup went out of her way to help me.

Good all-in-one computer the only issue is related to Windows 10 and interaction with other programs not set-up to operate with W10.
