This is a great office computer. Just installed this system at all 6 of my local management offices.

Had a major problem with Key board and replacement and it took over a week to get it resolved. Best Buy was zero help, HP finally resolved it.

I was able to save some space by consolidating and picking this unit.

The HP 23 touch is great also in space . I love the all in one because it saves you a lot of space. It can be placed anywhere in your house

Slow processing. May be the way Geek Squad set it up. Had to call for assistance within first month, and need to start online service again.

I am happy with a lot of things about this computer but only draw back is that it doesn't have much installed on it. Great for the money....

I was very hesitant to purchase an all in one, but this HP works very well, and love the fact that there are less devices to worry about.

I am enjoying my new all-in-one PC without the tower. It takes less space. Also, it is fast and I can access my programs much quicker.

I purchased this desktop computer because it was on sale at Best Buy and because of the positive customer reviews. However, the unit that I got didn't live up to those reviews. The computer was unable to get past the "Preparing for Automatic Repair" page at startup the second day I used it and I had to do a factory reset. It worked fine for about two and a half weeks and that happened again. I called the HP Tech and did a system check. Every component of the computer was fine and the HP Tech couldn't figure out what went wrong other than going through another factory reset. I returned the computer to Best Buy (thankfully the extended holiday return policy applied). I am not happy that this computer wasted my Microsoft Office license. I would not recommend this computer.

I am upset because 22 days later it was on sale for $100. less and you wouldn't honor it.

Great computer that was very easy to set up. Make sure that you plug the little adapter that is packed with the mouse into one of the USB slots, or your wireless mouse and keyboard won't work (directions were a bit vague). I'm new to Windows 10, and the system is very user friendly. Touch screen is nice, although I don't know how often I'll use it. Monitor is ginourmous (at least in comparison to what I'm used to). "The all in one" feature is great as well. It's nice to not have a clunky CPU with wires going everywhere. That leads me to my one minor drawback: since the entire machine is basically housed in the monitor, the ports and jacks are a bit difficult to access. Plugging in a simple USB connector can be a bit of a challenge. The DVD drive also seems very fragile - I'm worried I might break it if I'm not extremely careful. Sadly, some of my games that are only 7-8 years old won't run on Windows 10, but that's a defect of Windows 10, not this computer. I've only owned this for a few days, but so far am very happy. I highly recommend.

I like the new all-in-one pc - It is faster, more vibrant and it is also easy to use.

I ,had to get used to aa all in one, but as I continue using it, its getting easier.

Really enjoying the large screen and wireless features.

I am not a real computer savvy person. I have not had problems with this computer that the Geek Squad could not fix for me.

This is a good all-in-one system for the average user to do what they need to do. Easy to use, good speed and great price!

Bought this initially to start work at home, ended up falling in love with it and now I use it for everything. It was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly since. I only had one problem and that's the fact that the touch screen only worked when you're plugged into the internet, not while you're on wifi. Or so it seems.

Computer works great, I just love it. Everyone buy.
