Multiple problems

For some reason the system will not allow me to use google chrome ... I also accidentally removed Edge from my screen then when I found it under programs I could not start it. The computer locked up when I tried to copy and insert a picture into a word document today and then I could not power off... Then I had to turn off the computer using the on off button - not good- after that my front page opened up and my Microsoft icons were gone and I still could not get in the internet. I am getting nervous every time I get on it now - worried that I am going to create a problem....

Love these HP all in one desktops
