I switch because this was on sale (still love Dell#. I love that this is wireless and the screen is so big. I had a laptop but always used it at my desk. I'm using Windows 10 for the first time and so far, it's been an easy transition. I love the keyboard ...nothing awkward and all the keys fit to my typing needs. This was Super Easy to set up ... pulled it out of the box, plugged it in and wha-la, I was up and running with no issues. I would definitely recommend this. The price is great ...can't beat it. My total (tax included) was $588 and I have 18 months to pay on it if I want. Great Buy!!!

If I could take this one back and get my money back, I'd do it tomorrow. Zero set up instructions except for pictures on the box. No product paperwork (serial numbers, model numbers, except what is printed on the box. Are we now to save BOXES?? Mouse and keyboard don't communicate with computer. Who really wants a 23 in, 30 in tall tablet? Hate it.

We called HP to see if maybe it went on some sleep mode but they said they have constantly encountered this issue with this model "it's a motherboard deffect". Loved the look but had to return it.
