Manuals would help with set up and initial operating challenges. The wireless key board and mouse were not functional and clearly have been heavily used. The clerk bagged all the components before we could see them, The discount for open box was same as the sale price for new.

Originally I was going to get a regular pc tower since I use it for all, surfing the net, movie streaming, personal budgeting and most mmo gaming. I did my extensive search online and had an hp tower in mind. But then my wife mentioned innovation and pointed me out to the all in one. First of all, I didn't know what to expect. Well I researched this HP all in one and all came positive. Furthermore, I ended up getting it about a month ago. I love it. Very easy out of the box ensemble, has an elegant design, brings wireless mouse & keyboard, love the new feature-touch screen and, the add on massive memory for multi tasking. Honestly, a very fast computer. I've been testing my gaming and it works great. I wouldn't say PS4 type of speed but it is good for me and it also depends on your home network too. Love the HD screen. Windows 10 is good, still learning the new add ons. I want to mentioned the fan within its not that quiet, but it depends how much you're doing. It will definitely has to maintain the inner device cool. So that's self explanatory. Coming from being an HP laptop owner, I would recommend this one. Innovation at it's best! And can't beat the BestBuy deals.

It gives lots of instruction from third party individuals but nothing conclusive from the mfg or the program provider. Still have not figured out how to find the tool bar!

This computer is ok, but switching from a Mac to Windows was quite a challenge, and this processor is slower than my old Mac. If you like Mac, stay with a Mac.

Best Value For Features and CPU!

Was in need of an upgrade from my ancient HP mini running on Vista. Yes, pretty pathetic right? This upgrade is like night and day. I spent a week shopping around before making this purchase ($649 at the time) trying to find a similar all in one PC with similar features and an i3 cpu (3.2 ghz) and 8 gigs of RAM and truly could not find anything that would match. My friend told me to get at least an i5 cpu, but with my basic computing needs, an i3 would suffice. So far, very satisfied with speed, aesthetics, clarity, and functionality. Windows 10 is awesome..at least so far. Stop looking and purchase now!

Great computer for family or small business. We use it for photos, videos, MS Office, email, and surfing. Looks great, screen is perfect. Had it up and running about 30 minutes after taking it out of the box. Windows 10 is very easy to use as well. Replaced an 8 yr old desktop running Vista, so this is a huge improvement. And for $549 (sale price when I bought it) you can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

I am really happy with this purchase! I used to always buy laptop but I really wanted an all-in-one computer. I used to have a windows 7 laptop and it stills works and good condition. I was too scared of Windows 8 and 8.1, but as soon as Windows 10 was developed I was like I need to get a new computer. It's so easy to used even with the new features added. I love the wireless keyboard and mouse. It's super easy for the setup.

This Computer was easier to set up than my TV. I would recommend that you go with the 8GB instead of the 4GB RAM is all. I went with the 8GB and it is everything I was looking for in a home office computer!

In the market for a new computer, and just starting a small business. All In One's seem to be the right choice for me. I went to Best Buy to purchase this HP all in one along with many other items. The sales person accidentally gave me the Dell Model: I3455-3240WHT all in one, by mistske. Both were $549 so I never noticed. I set everything up and started using the Dell, only to finally realize I had the wrong computer. I went back to the store to exchange for the HP Model: 23-q114. Based on my short experience with the Dell, I can tell you, I DISLIKE where the USB ports are on the HP. They are in the back and awkwardly underneath the monitor (not easily accessible). The Dell had ports conveniently on the side. The speaker location on the HP is again, under the monitor. The Dell speaker was at the bottom, front facing. I prefer the speaker location on the Dell. Once you use the keyboard on the Dell and then on the HP, there is a difference. I DISLIKE the HP keyboard. Key locations are awkward, as I've been using a standard keyboard for many years. Im going to use it for a bit, to see if I can get use to it, if not Im going to purchase a normal keyboard and plug it in to the computer, vs using the wireless one it came with. I love all the possibilities between both the HP and Dell to pull in my Android phone apps, photos, music, Internet Favorites, etc... I'm very pleased with how easy it was to do for both the Dell and HP. The one thing I liked on the HP vs the Dell was the HP monitor can be easily tilted. The Dell is one position. The directions on the Dell made it appear you might be able to change position of the monitor, but I could not easily figure it out. The Dell monitor is slightly bigger at 23.8 compared to the HP at 20". LOVE the all in ones....why would you purchase a standard desktop anymore? No clunky hard drive anymore...it's all built in to the monitor. All in one's are so awesome and utilize much less space!!!! Windows 10 has been easy to work with thus far. I switched from a very old Windows XP computer to Windows 10 and I have had no problems transitioning. In the long run, I know HP with the I3 processor is a better computer, plus this particular HP Model has 8GB storage vs the Dell Model I was accidentally given, only had 4GB. HP was regularly $749, on sale for $549. Dells everyday price is $549. Because of HP being on sale, and it having a better processor, I'll keep the HP, however, I like the functionality of the Dell much better. Hope this helps!!

Just recently purchased this unit from Best Buy online and had an overall very satisfying experience including receiving the delivery three days earlier than quoted. The setup was quick and easy. The touch screen is responsive, The wireless mouse and keyboard interfaces perfectly and the unit saves so much space. Aesthetically very modern, it will look great in any home office. Quiet, great graphics, and surprisingly good Bang and Olufsen Play built in speakers make for a great all in one computer at a nice price. You can't go wrong!
