I purchased this based on several factors. I've been pleasantly surprised it has delivered more than expected. Easy set up, fast speed, wireless mouse and keyboard are synced perfectly without effort. Overall great buy for the price, along with the Bose Companion 2 speakers I purchased, I now have just what I was hoping for in a home computer system.

I did some research before purchasing an all-in-one, I thought maybe might have issues but its actually really fast, great screen size and touch screen and I got an awesome deal and I'm fully protected with geek squad. All in all Great Purchase.

This is my first All in one computer and so far so good. I read the reviews before I purchased it and the only thing that gets on my nerves is the time it takes for the Cd-Dvd drive to read the CD. It literally took around 2 minutes, I thought that it wasn't working at all. Other than that it is a nice computer. People are complaining about the size of the keyboard and the placement of the USB ports but that's why you check it out before you buy it.

I think that this is a pretty phenomenal computer, particularly for everyday use. The display is vivid and attractive and the 23" screen really suits my need for close viewing for documents, articles, etc. The touch screen comes in really handy; I did not really buy this computer with that feature in mind, but am really becoming a fan of it! I debated about buying this particular all-in-one for quite a while; I really am satisfied with its performance. You do have to search for USB's but not really an issue at all. The wireless components works great, but a little confusing with 'drawn' instruction when you open package. Be sure not to place the sensor into the interior of the mouse (as it seems to indicate) but in a USB somewhere on the computer instead. Though I just have standard Uverse internet connection, it seems to run so much more smoothly than my other 5 year old computer. The wireless connection to the internet works immediately without configuration. I would highly recommend this model.

Very easy to setup and an Excellent picture, easy on your eyes, very good sound.

Works and looks great For $550.00 sale price it was a steal. windows 10 is a plus.

Easy to set up and get going. So nice to have a large monitor and desk space. My only complaint is the mouse is terrible. Where the top and bottom pieces of the case meet it is extremely sharp and scratchy and not ergonomic at all.

I am admittedly a novice but after using the same computer for 10 years and then upgrading from a 1g to 8g ram, the performance is unbelievable. Speaker quality is great and port access is great. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

I've had this pc for a month now and my whole family loves it! It's fast especially coming from a Pentium and it runs smooth. Would definitely recommend!

It might be that my local store was given the lemon batch or is possible that HP has a bad product on their hands with this one. I switched over to using HP products when Sony quit making the desktop versions, so it's been some time now that I have been using the HP products. As of late it would seem as though HP has taken the lower road with quality on their computers. This would seem to be no exception. I first purchased this computer on October 17th and right out of the box it had a bad hard drive and would not boot up. Returned it within an hour and picked up the 2nd one. Now not even 60 days later after sluggish and occasional freezing up when rebooting the 2nd one has had the hard drive die and won't boot up. Will be returning this one also and will go another route as local store does not carry it anymore. I don't hold this against Best Buy and would not speak against the service I receive from them but I can't speak highly of HP as this was replacing a desktop that did not even make it a full 3 years which was also an HP. When the computer was running it was a nice machine. Just can't live with replacing or returning a computer so quickly as were not paying bottom price for a bottom line computer here.

It takes a little while to figure out! Where they have the cd/dvd drive at is weird. And its all white where the button is. Hard to see, Magic Marker comes in handy to color the button. Everything else is pretty cool. No more tower is a good thing. This is all new to me, last computer brought was in Nov 2008.

Seems like most people are enjoying this computer. From the start it had glitches that would only be corrected if I restarted. It got to the point where I was restarting twice a day. I thought maybe it was Windows 10, but haven't had any of these problems with the Dell I replaced this with. I went to load a game via CD-Rom and it crashed. Then the computer wouldn't boot at all afterwards, no matter how I tried to do it. No safe mode, nothing. Anyway, glad most people are enjoying this machine but I hated it from the start and I'm wary about HP now.

This computer is exact what I was looking for. Its fast and I love that it doesn't have a big CPU box taking up space.

Hardware problem not even two months old. Best Buy didnt have parts to repair had to send to HP directly. Honestly didnt use this desk top 20 hours total. Best Buy was no help with my problem.

We love it. Very easy and no clutter. Happy with my purchase.

This product was great until it crashed after having it for 4 months.
