Was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a new desktop computer during the Tax Free Weekend... but it was SO easy. Everything was very organized, line went quickly, and the old harddrive was loaded onto the new system by the end of day! Great Job!

So glad I purchased the Pavillion when my old laptop failed. The speed and excellent display make workdays so much more productive and pleasant than a laptop could. Of course, I haven't needed a laptop during travel-less 2020, so the timing of my purchase was fortuitous.

I absolutely love it! I even use it as my TV in my small room I don't need anything bigger of a screen. I have had no problems with it yet. I love that it has an SM card reader and plenty other plug ins in the back. Also the thin design does not take up much space.

As said in the summery, this is an overall great computer. It’s simple and easy to use and it has a nice amount of storage. The computer’s appearance is aesthetically pleasing with a sleek design that doesn’t take up too much space (the touchscreen aspect is a definite bonus as well!).

I love this computer. I was always had laptops and when mine was on its last legs, I went to look at them here. I walked past this and it caught my eye. The salesman helped me with any questions. The screen is amazing!!!! Needless to say I traded in my laptop days.

Big flat monitor, light weight, and touch screen. Can’t beat the price.

Love the movabality and lack of "stuff"with cords.... only complaint is the keyboard doesn't work as well as a commercial one where your fingers are cupped by the keys.... Hopefully the spokesperson will tell you how to turn it on! Mine didn't. The help call center wad bo hello at all after 20 minutes I said id just haul it into the store....a wasted hour of time total!

It is very good for what we use it for my wife loves it

In general this computer is great and exactly what I was looking for. The one shortcoming is that the mouse sticks a lot when clicking, so this really slows things down when you think you've clicked, released, and then can move the mouse but in reality it acts as though you're holding it down thereby highlighting things all over the screen.

Like the new computer-easy to use and takes up less space

I search for almost three weeks to find the exact computer I wanted. I found this one at Best Buy. It was the best value and had the greatest benefits, options or choices. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on selection.

No one would help set up my new computer! I paid $199.00 for a year of Geek Squad help but no one online would 3ver help. I had to pay someone else to get it set up. I contacted my credit card company to tell them about poor service and refused to pay the fee. Oh yes, my new 3in1 desk top computer is great.

This is a great space saving computer for small rooms. I am trying to learn how to use it becase I am changing from a computer I bought in 2011 so their is quite a difference. I am so thankful I have the Geek Squad for help when I have a problem.. I think I am going to really like it once I get used to the changes.
