Tony, Geek supervisor , has been a great help to me in showing me and explaining the computer I wanted & my need. He has informed what I needed for assistance to set up my new computer. I appreciate him so much & all the Best Buy employees.

Easy to set up, transferred old pc data etc with Carbonite and was easiest ever -location of web cam camera was not shown, actually located on back of monitor. Neat set up with wireless keyboard and mouse, quick response and start up.

The computer performs very adequately and has made our home office feel complete. The speeds are way above expectation and the employee had described to a t exactly what we own.

Originally was hesitant to purchase a new computer but now I'm happy I did. This Windows 10 computer has an easy to use format and the built in speaker system eliminates all the excess wiring required for external speakers.

This was the perfect gift for my husband. The help I received from my sales person made the whole transaction easier and smooth. My husband was very pleased and stated using his computer immediately,setup was easy.

i understand its a good seller, i like ours but there's one thing it does that drives me crazy. When your viewing something the whole screen refreshes, i don't know if its normal or something amiss. I do wish someone could tell me more about this happening,

Needed a computer in a pinch to be able to work from home when COVID hit. This computer does everything I need it to and probably more. I was skeptical about the "all-in-one" style but love the space I am saving. So far so good!

everything is perfect though the ports are in the back of the monitor. so if not on a desk, you have to turn to access. also there is no CD bay so if needing any disc use, you would have to go separate

Fit form and function replacement of the old Gateway the wife was so accustomed to using... I just wish the time would stay set to local vice changing to the east coast. Yes, the auto time is set...

Bought this for an office computer. Will have to add Office to it. Speakers are good, screen is nice. Easy setup of the computer with voice activation.

Who can beat Best Buy’s return policy. This product is a great product but I’m not worried because of where I got it. They honor their commitment to of great service.

Bought computer beginning box June had to take into store 4 time in a month and a half because it kept telling me I was out or memory when I had only downloaded only a few documents. Last time was a couple weeks ago. So far so good.

The HP All in one is a good Desk top Computer. It does what it said it would do. The only negative is I wish it had more usb portes and that they were on the front.

I like the set a lot, clothes get results clean ~1st but I need to read the instructions on the dryer because I have to keep turning it on to get the clothes dry.

My wife bought this pc for her use, turns out she didn’t like it so I bought it from her. I like it, nice rig, no more big box getting in the way

Love that it's so slim. Very attractive. Beautiful screen resolution and colors. Disappointed to find out there's no cd slot. Also, the numbers on the keyboard are a little too faint. Overall, very satisfied.

I am happy with my purchase, however: I wish I had been told or realized that there was no place for disks and there are only 3 usb ports in the back.

I bought this for my grandson. He loves it and uses it daily for gaming. He said it works fine for what he does. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Very fast computer. And I was very impressed with help and knowledge of the geek squad in setting it up.

Absolutely love this all in one computer. Great space saver and less wires. It syncs to my Microsoft Pro which is a great feature.
