BOUGHT THIS ALL IN ONE AFTER MY OLD HP DIED...NOT THRILLED..WISH I STAYED WITH A DESKTOP OF COURSE IT'S ALSO MICROSOFT 10 THAT 'S A PAIN..HARD TO CAHGE DISPLAY ITEMS AND FIND FILES AFTER SAVING THEM...DIDN'T REALIZE I'D HAVE TO BUY AN EXTERNAL DVD PLAYER ..ALL IN ONES ARE TOO THIN TO HAVE ONE

The Geek Squad could be a little more efficient. The computer is alright

The tv manual doesn't explain much at all. My surround reciever has always been the brains. Now its not and i have to use three different remotes. Tv. Cable. And surround remotes :( . I can't figure hiw to change the picture size, right now it is too big and the peoples heads are cut off.

Good for what it is needed for. Has some glitches but still good.

Eventually I returned it because the upgraded model was on sale

This is the second HP that I’ve had issues with in the last couple of purchases of their products that I’ve had issues with. Within the first few weeks of having this system, I received errors that it couldn’t find the hard drive. Had a similar issue where I had to send back an HP laptop a few years ago. I just don’t think HP products are what they used to be for the public user base. Would have thought a system in the $900 range would be a little better than the entry level $300-400 laptops, but I guess I’m wrong. Will definitely look at other brands next time for a PC purchase.

Very good computer for many uses. Great for my kids homework.

I bought a HP all in one computer early March, around the 8th, it worked poorly from the beginning. It completely crashed around the 20th. I tried calling Best Buy support, no answer, I tried online help, they had no clue. I brought the computer back, I was told that it was no a computer problem, but a computer virus and would not be covered under a warranty claim. I use three computers at the same time, on the same projects. The only computer to fail was the new one. Best buy charged me $100.00 to fix the computer and told me that I would have to leave the computer until the next day. I received an email about 30 mins. later telling me that my computer and fix and ready for pickup, but the store was closed. How could it be fixed so fast? It still does not work at 100% but I have loaded all my programs into it and need to work. I do design work and usually busy 24/7. I will never buy another HP computer and never set foot in Best Buy again. I will do my best to let the world know how bad Best Buy products and service really is

Love all the wireless features -- no more tangled cords.

Computer is not the best. Had problem with setting time and correct date. It was set several times but always went back incorrect. Keyboard was not typing on keys punched. Had to take computer back and purchase another one. Finally it’s ok except keyboard.

Kept having to call Geek Squad because printer would not print. After hours & hours, they realized new computer drive was corrupted & repaired remotely. Never bring computer & printer home - pay to have Geek Squad install everything at home!!!
