This computer has exactly what I was looking for!!

should one not be disappointed about an HP All-In-One that does not include the non-glare of the display and about the monitor not being horizontally aligned with its base - just because it works well?

hard to get use too. geek set it up for us,was good at explaining how to use and what it did, but was so fast ,we had a hard time following what he was saying.

Decent computer for light use. Not meant for heavy duty abilities.

On 30June, I purchased this computer at BestBuy for U$730 but it appears to have caught the virus with weird symptoms on Week 2 from the purchase date. Was busy with my work so I was only able to take the computer to BestBuy on Day17, two days after the return was allowed. Was turned down on the return request and kept experiencing the recurring issues. Finally I had to call HP today on Day27 from the purchase. Regardless of warranty and no matter when you purchased, they will first tell you to troubleshoot by yourself following the guidelines on the website. Without any choice, I finally had to sign for the Smartfriend Service at U$50m first month today and awaiting for technician who got me into the signing to call me so they can diagnose together. 20 minutes have passed the time she was supposed to call me. If you are ready to go through this, buy this computer.

Have only had this computer a few weeks, but so far vert satisfied

Irritating sound coming from the back. I am not happy

We knew it was open box but were told it was never used.When we got home the mouse and keyboard did not work. We used another keyborad and mouse to do our setup and reload all our programs. When we looked closely at the computer the parts said on a small sticker that it had been a display When i called the next day to see if i could return the keyboard and mouse I was told I would have to bring the whole thing. As I had already done the set up I was not willing to do that. I even said I would be happy even if was a different one or even different brand.My review is for the computer not Best Buy

Speakers didn’t work, not once but twice even after having it replaced with a new one not even a month of purchased and a day of usage.

I was told by an in store associate that this computer was the best to get less than 3 weeks after purchasing with the virus software the computer caught a virus and the store location is unwilling to take back the computer eventhough I have my receipt and it's still under warranty

I purchased in Nov 2019, it has got many issues like display driver issues, VDI connection crashes and slows down. This machine won't perform well when you test its full potential. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I can't evaluate since computer/router is not functioning yet. I purchased total tech support and could not get a home visit until next week! Phone support did not solve the issue either! I am thoroughly upset! Can't even enter review of dissatisfaction! What a gimmick

Screen having black outs in the first week. I should have taken it back. I didnt realize it was failing until my son pointed it out In for service under waranty. Estimate of four weeks to repair. .Never had a problem with HP in the past. I guess my luck ran out.

HP - Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One - AMD Ryzen 5-Series - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Snowflake White has some serious defects..I had to return this item twice before i finally got the the i5 core by intel which i got a great deal on.. I do not recommend the AMD Ryzen 5-series... it's no good...

just had the geek squad not total tech and my computer has no search engine and no I have to reinstall everything. What Then I see that the computer I purchased on 12/29/2019 and had geek squad set up completed on 1/03/20 you show as returned. I paid for this and never returned.

on the 8th day of use tried to turn on computer and all I got was a black screen on my monitor. called the store, told them the problem and was told to bring it in. I messed with it for a while and finally got it to respond. I eventually brought it back and ordered a different computer, no more all in ones for me

Either this platform has a motherboard issue or the processor is off. Would not keep time and kept changing from Mountain time zone to China time zone. Replaced the unit with another and had the same issue.

Screen was not working - had to return this computer within the week

Has lasted 4 years so far and hasn’t caused me any issues. I stream from my computer and all.
