I am giving this a 1 star because I have returned it twice. Hoping 3rd time is a charm and we get to keep it and change my review. Reason why we are giving it a 3rd try is because we love it. The screen, the clarity, the speed, the touch screen, and the color is just amazing. We love this product and we are willing to try a 3rd time. The 1st one: touch screen did not work and had geek squad look at it. They advised me to return it and get a new one since it was only 2 days old. 2nd one: worked amazing and 7 days later the touch screen would only work if I re-started the computer. If we turned the computer off for a day or a couple of hours then power it on; the touch screen will not work. If I re-started the computer then it will work. It is just a nuisance to have to turn the computer off then re start the computer to have the touch screen work; powering it On once it was off again will not have touch screen work. I hope I am explaining myself. Took it back and Geek Squad told me to get a new one since it is only 7 days old. We love the product and we are hoping the 3rd time works like a charm so I can give it 5 stars. We do take it to Geek Squad so they can try to fix the problem but it is out of their control. They are saying it might be a problem with the screen.
