Solid computer, adding memory can cause issues.

However, since the external hd is usb 3.0, it cause interference with the mouse/keyboard running on usb 2.0. Had to by a usb extension cord to avoid.

I am on online teacher and this is the best thing that has come out of covid19. The confidence to teach my lovelies knowing that my computer is top notch. Let me also brag about the best customer service from Lizzette (geek manager) at the Meyerland store and the technician that works with her. They make the dream team. They are an asset to Best buy. Thank you for being polite and kind. Thank you for working so hard to satisfy your customers needs even during these difficult times.

Great picture, but speed is not fast enough
