Love the computer screen and that I can charge my phone while on the computer. Just figured out how to take music from my scan disk onto my computer and listen while working. I am not a technical person so these things are not easy for me. Just wish it had a point and click feature to either add or learn how to do things on it.

The associate that helped us was very well informed , kind, and patient. He made our purchase fast and pain free. We then went over to the geek squad to have our old computer info transferred to the new one and again we were greeted with a very knowledgeable and capable person. All in all our experience was very pleasant.

Love the thinner and lighter all in one. Also love the bright screen - just learned there are bright screens and less bright. Love that choice. Very smooth mouse action and the key board is different than any one I have had in the past, but really easy to use. BEST THING EVER IS THE GEEK SQUAD, What a TEAM..

wonderful computer, great monitor BUT make sure the size is really what you have room for. I have a regular size desk and the monitor sits about 14" from me which seems a little too close for the size of the monitor. Unfortunately sitting further back keeps me from being able to read the screen.

The young man who helped me was excellent! He took the time to show me all of the options that I described to him that I wanted and took all of the time I needed to understand the differences in the available products then helped me choose the correct computer to fit my needs at the best price

It was very easy to set up, very easy to use. Takes up less space. It also has a very clear monitor and when Cortana speaks she is very clear.

The computer is really exceptional, love the wide screen and the color stands out great. Have had no problem since purchase and paid off.

No more tower and no more cords. Everything on my desk top within easy reach with plenty of usb outlets. Keyboard and mouse have internal connection, another plus. Start up is very quick, much quicker than my old computer. Everything to like, nothing to complain about.

The computer has been working great. I love the size of the monitor. I wish the keyboard were a little bigger for my large fingers.

Was a little disappointed that the screen cannot be adjusted, i.e., tilted a little to the back. The camera shows too much of the background when on Zoom meetings. I really like the charging station. Not too happy with the mouse. On/Off button lever a little to challenging to slide on/off. Need finger nails. Keyboard cannot be adjusted to raise a little. Too flat. A little confused with the location of the 'delete' key. Overall, this serves my purposes and I recognize that things change.
