I gave Best Buy my old HP Pavillion and bought a new one. The new one did NOT have a DVD-CD disk...not happy about that as my old one did have a disk. I did like the fact that the Geek Squad put all of my old info onto the new Pavillion. They also put on Virus Webroot and the forever 2019 MS Office. I did have to add any programs.

Great graphics for photography! I was disappointed in my service with Best Buy’s manager, Ethan but as far as the computer, it was a great purchase.

Very easy to use I like the pop-up camera so you control who is watching. Best buy set it up for me, I don't use the touch screen so that is not an issue.

Looks great have not been able to use it yet but according to the specks it’s everything plus more my wife opens it today I’ll follow up!

Awesome product. Very easy to set up and get started within an hour. I love HP products and the warranty and Greek squad at Best buy is amazing.

Laptop Works as expected. However the service was unacceptable. Sloppy and not helpful. Couldn’t find my account. Kept bringing up my son’s account and trying to convince me it was mine. Not very knowledgeable about retrieving info considering they profess to be professionals

great computer did not like keyboard because it had no legs on bottom of keyboard so it lays flat on desk other than that its great

The installation of the sound bar went smoothly and I received the printer on time. There were issues with the new all-in-one computer that I purchased as I was dealing with 3 different geek squad members that apparently did not communicate with each other.

Bought New computer had Geek squad install all the programs I wanted. Worked through email issues! Very happy with results! A thumbs up to Best Buy & geek squad… did not give 5 stars because there alway room for improvement no matter how big a company or small!!

Never had any issues with it. Very nice and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
