I literally had it all set up and going in 5 minutes. It took me longer to take it out of the package than hook it up. Very fast and easy to understand and use.

HP all in one Computer

When I purchased the computer It stated that I could trade my old computer in , I wqas told that when I picked up my new computer, I would receive $40.00 For my old computer. My old computer was operating well except the mouse eratic after you used it for a period of time. They Did not honor the agreement. no refund. not happy about that. In have purchased many products from BES BUY in the past. Don't know about the future.

Great price for great specs

I can’t wait to give this touchscreen AIO as a gift. The specs are amazing, I could recommend a model with an HDD if this will be a daily.

The Good and the Bad of purchasing at Best Buy

My issue, if I had known I would not be receiving reward points for the purchase I would have gone elsewhere to purchase her a computer. Total rip-off not having been informed about change in getting points on purchases. This was a large enough purchase that the reward points would have been significant.
