Disappointed in Microsoft

Microsoft , 365 and widows were horrible. Buying another iMac from Best Buy. Returned purchase.

Next time I will have to test in store instead of just making sure all parts are included

Bad System and functionality

Cannot even import photos and videos, takes forever and times out after hours. Not what I expected considering the price point of this PC and the quality I expected from an HP product.

I spent the entire year calling HP tech support. They refused to send a new pc stating that my warranty did not cover it. Thd tech support is awful because no one barely speaks English.

Good computer except for noisy fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We like and appreciate everything about this computer EXCEPT the fact that when the fan runs it seems unnecessarily noisy. Wish we could shake the feeling that this is not normal. :-( All other features work well, the monitor is a good size, we appreciate the extra USB port on the lower right edge, and the sale price made this a savvy electronics purchase. We also ALWAYS appreciate the data transfer service we can take advantage of as Geek Squad tech service subscribers. Just wish you couldn't hear the fan.

New HP Pavillion all-in-one
