Love the Geek Squad

The Geek Squad member (I have forgotten his name) was excellent and he helped pick out the computer for me. I cannot state how valuable he was to me as he took the time to carefully explain all the new features on the computers and set it up to my needs. I love the Best Buy Geek Squad

HP Pavillion 24' touch-screen meets all my needs.

Of course I forgot where the on button was the first time I turned it off, but remember after my personal memory recovered.

CRASHES "CANNOT FIND BOOT"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.constant crashes "cannot find boot" and have to unplug it for a while and start it again - then it "finds" the boot and is OK for a few days. Seems to be triggered by automatic updates and/or cannot awake from "sleep"- I disabled sleep and it is better
