Disappointed by limited accessories

Its processing speed is as fast as I ever need it to be and I have had no problems since I started using it 3 weeks ago. My disappointment arises from the absence of an SD port, the absence of a CD/DVD player and the limited number of USB ports.

Microsoft 365 - How to install the program?

Still more to learn; however, purchased the Microsoft 365 but following directions installing the program when completed it stopped and not sure if it was installed correctly. Attempted to installed again, but no response; thus, not sure if it's installed and do not know what to do at this point. Can you help?

The salesperson was good and the tech that delivered and set it up was good, too. Had to call the tech a few days after for a question and he was in the area and came right over. Best Buy, you get a thumbs up!

The Racket

HOWEVER, like so many other things, this computer business is a racket. No programs are installed requiring a separate purchase of software requiring renewals - gross...another racket.

I love this HP, so up to date with everything, fast and so easy to use. Tom NEVER uses this or any computer in our home.
