Bought for my mom as a gift and she loves it! Works perfectly for all of her filing and office work, as well as all of her social media and hobbies. After over 6 months of regular use by her and my siblings I've had no issues and neither have they. Works much better than our other computer as well. If you struggle with small keyboards though you may want to buy a separate one.

We were looking a computer for our Small Business, a computer with all in one. Also that look great. We were looking for one like this HP, when we saw the price we immediately bought it. Easy to set up, no more desktop box. It was what we were looking for. Fast, Beautiful, Great performance. We are planning to bought another one.

As with any all-in-one computer, this model was easy to set up and use. It runs smoothly, and the monitor's picture quality is excellent. I largely use office applications, and this computer has not bogged down no matter how many windows I have open. The sound quality is perfectly acceptable for providing music while I work. A true music fan would probably want something more robust, just as a gamer would probably want a computer with more power. Overall, this computer does what I need it to do. My only complaint, which I have with all HP computers, is that there's too much bloatware.

Having this for a year now, no complaints. Use it mostly for personal use, some business and games.

I had my old HP desktop for 12 years...worked great but was starting to slow down and had a few hiccups. Saw this all in one and was very skeptical as my old desktop was so familiar. I decided to take a chance and bought this all in one and had the Geek Squad transfer all my files and documents to the all in one. Got it home and started to play with it. Downloaded all my other programs to get it up to speed with my old desktop. It has been 2 months now and I have to say,,," I really like it". Very easy to use and navigate and boy,,,is it so much faster than my old desktop. Very quick to start up and downloading files and view videos is 100% better than my old one. So far I have to give it 5 stars. I took out the Geek Squad membership for 1 year and so far they have been great. Answered all my questions before purchase and have been there for support since then. If your looking for a replacement computer and you don't do gaming this one would work great. This was an open-box purchase but it is just like right out of the box

Excellent computer. Easy setup and so nice to not have wires everywhere. This was the best looking of the All-In-One computers. It is a nice middle of the road computer that gets the job done. Display, sound, and performance all very adequate. Very happy with the purchase.

perfect for small desk. Great computer, no complaints. Assembly was not difficult. When shopping at best buy, the computer department head found me my assistant to help me make my choice in what computer I need. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to Best Buy for my future computer needs.

Love how compact this computer is not having a tower. It is used for business, and it is fast and has a lot of nice features.

The whole transaction in the store was fast and easy. Three weeks, I am extremely happy with my new HP. Simple plug in and it was up and running within five minutes after I took it out of the box. Performs flawlessly and a much better set up then the Dell it is replacing.

Decided I wanted a desktop in addition to mu old HP Laptop and this one is great. Bought Total Tech and they did all the data transfer and optimized my slow laptop at the same time!
