Not enough usb slots. Otherwise works fine, lasts a long time

I bought this HP Pavillion 24" Touch Screen on July 2022 and I connected like 3 weeks ago and when I try to turn on it doesn't work, I when back to Best Buy to see if they can do something about and one of the ladies that were there, toll me if you did not yet insurance, their nothing we can do about it. So she ask other lady if they can do something about the computer and the other lady said yes. You can make a appointment, with the Geek Squad. So I took the computer and they connect the computer and turn in, but they do not check anything, So I connected at my house and the computer do not turn in, So I have the computer at my house I only used twice and the computer do not turn in.

I used this computer for my business and from day one it got bogged done on simple apps and websites periodically through the day. I contacted the app designers, my internet provider, I did everything to try to figure out what was going on. Plugged in my old laptop and it is lighting fast. So not happy I bought this trash. I had my 3 year old laptop next to this thing, on the same wifi and my laptop works, this thing doesn't. I will be taking it in to see if the Geek Squad can figure it out.

Screen too blurry for full HD screen. After trying all possible adjustments to make text and pictures look sharp, nothing worked. I had Sanio all in one desktop with full HD monitor (production year 2011) that had better screen resolution then this PC. I had to return it.

No idea how well it works, the pc arrived broken (the pedestal was snapped in two.)

Ordered a HP Pavillion computer , it was missing power cord and adapter , have tried 3 different times to get the replacement parts , still dont have the parts . They sent me a email with a return sticker , but wont tell me what to return . Such bad customer service .

I have a defective computer. And it has not been taken care of. I complain but nobody hears me.

This was an open box, and was missing the most important item, THE POWER CORD!!!! Not once was it ever mentioned anywhere on the box.

It took a while to get used to Windows 11 after coming from Windws Vista but I've made it and it's not so bad. Overall the computer runs great and has good securrity feature.

Bought this computer not even a year ago It has failed me twice seems the software programs fail . I bought the HP my friend's support , glad I did . It has given the Blue Screen of death twice . It will be going back to store this weekend , 5/17/2022

So far it's been working very well and is very high speed the sound is phenomenal thank you for coming Bob very good computer so far but it is at actually brand new so it should be working how long it will last I have no idea time will tell but for now it's great I ended up in a ditch with a headache had to be at that right

Two months in and, so far, so good. Nice screen, nice sound, hasn't crashed.

An excellent mid-range all-in-one. If you're a power user, get the i7.

Had the hpEnvy touch screen previously and loved it. This new model is ok but at my age 60+ , it is not as user friendly. Don't really know about DropBox. The mouse doesn't always respond properly, but still an ok system. Really like the screen and of coarse no tower

My computer was delivered as planned and worked the first time, and was easily set up for immediate use.

We've been very happy with this computer. I'm having a hard time getting used to the smaller flat keyboard but that's my problem. The response is very quick. Miss being able to play DVDs though. Microsoft games are fun!
