Would buy again. Great storage, speed is amazing. Screen is a great size so if you don’t want/need two screens (monitors) you can do all from here. I do marketing/graphic design and have 3 monitors up in my office . . . this has ALL in ONE has been just fine since I’m having to work from home. The camera is good quality, it’s not perfect but it’s really good. Touch screen comes in handy when I’m standing up and need to move/resize things. Everything looks great. I highly suggest making this purchase if you are need of something quick and reliable. I did not want to build a system so this worked out. Plug it in, cut it on, get going. I also plug my PS4 in to play games when I’m taking a break, awesome!

The computer was very easy to set up and connected easily to both my router and new printer. The monitor is very vivid and the computer overall is very nice looking. It boots up fast and took a little bit to get accustomed to Windows 10. Coming from Windows XP, yes Windows XP, it was a bit of a learning curve and still learning new things. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this computer as it looked pretty and was all in one. I must say it has great features and it is very fast, reliable and excellent with updates. So far, I haven't had any problems at all with this computer. Very easy to move when moving as it is just one piece. If I were to say one down side, No disc to insert and only 3 usb holes. if you are using wireless mouse and keyboard that will use 2... and will be a little limited but of course it is an amazing computer. I LOVE this desktop. Very sleek and lightning fast. I was in the market for a new desktop for my home office, with the work from home order extensions. This desktop provides me to the option of a two screen monitor setup (super helpful for excel files and map-making in ArcGIS), using a HDMI cable and connecting it to my Acer gaming laptop. It has helped to increase my productivity and output, now that I am no longer tethered to my laptop as it charges. Would highly recommend this all-in-one to anyone. Best Buy did an awesome job with shipping, I was nervous, but it arrived without a scratch and fired up in seconds.

I bought a cheaper version of this computer and was disappointed. Not as fast and smaller. Very slow. I read the reviews on Best Buy and thought how can this be any better? It is the same brand. However, the reviews were excellent and I see why. I had to purchase one to work at home for quarantine. It is super fast. It has touch screen if you like too. It is sleek, chic and super simple to hook up. I have NO ability to hook up anything electronic and I did it! It walks you through it. I couldn't be more happy and have told everyone about it. My only cons are that i cannot get the camera and microphone to work. I lifted the camera up in the back. It will not come on. They are greyed out on my Teams calls so I have to use my cell. Still this computer packs so much speed with no lag so I am sold! I love it. I wish it was a few hundred less though. For me, it was a lot to spend, especially during this pandemic, but I have to work.

Overall, A good experience with this computer after 3 years it is showing it age a bit. It has a tendency to over heat in our office at least once a month. ( It will make a loud alarm noise ) but the computer run fast and the screen is beautiful. My mom uses it for her work from home job and all the applications up loaded fine with no issues.

I purchased online the HP Pavilion 23.8 Touch Screen All in One computer. It is a great computer for the price and capabilities. The screen is huge and the keyboard is soft to the touch and you can type really fast on it. I didn't realize how outdated my prior computer was until I got this one. It's also fast it gets you to websites really quick. The only small drawback is it does not have a CD Drive on it. My son told me most computers no longer come with that. I called Best Buy and they said I could buy one starting about $25. So I will purchase one eventually since I have CD's. It also works well for my business needs as well. I am very pleased with this computer and I recommend anyone purchase it.

When I went to Best Buy to upgrade my Windows 7 compatible computer to a Windows 10 application I was quite nervous and really didn't want to spend the money. However, with the assistance of the Sales Staff at Best Buy they pointed me in the direction of this HP - Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Snowflake White. More money than I wanted to spend. But I am very happy with its speed and performance. Was also nervous about the move to Windows 10. This system makes it an easy transition. Still learning but very happy so far.

Very easy to use. Love the speed, love the way the camera can be lowered behind the screen. Easy to setup, everything installed quickly. I am very impressed. I bought it to replace an aging laptop, and wanted to go back to a desk top. I could not have picked a better computer. I have worked from home for over 30 years and this is the best computer I have ever had. Love the wireless mouse and keyboard, no wires to get in the way and take up space on my desk. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, reliable computer.

This is a great item. It is lightning fast and easy to use. The design is very sleek and elegant. The picture is really clear and crisp.

She is a casual user, not moving big Data files, or Video editing tasks. Very nice PC. It looks very handsome and sleek. With the uncluttered look of an integrated unit, my wife loves it! It is very fast and has much more capability than the 8 yr old machine. It's smaller but the screen is the same size and super clear. Good color balance and ez adjustments for the user. It's only been 3 weeks since she set up her new computer, but so far no issues. We've had good experiences with HP computers in the past and expect the same with this machine. I Highly recommend this machine if you are looking to upgrade to a new, home PC computer. And, I recommend BB because of their price match policy and ease of purchase. This probably sounds like a bogus review but, I assure you, as a long time Best Buy customer and former Professional electronic Sales Rep, this is my opinion.

Searching for a new computer, we were advised that HP Paviion might satisfy our needs. And, indeed, it does. We wanted a computer which was fast, simple to use and install, and streamlined. All of those factors were met in the HP All-in-One. We purchased it, plugged it in, and, voila, it worked. Have never enjoyed a computer so much.

Computer has easy set-up, and fast response. Touchscreen works quite well and I love the space saving without the tower.

2 things... I gave up storage for solid state. Storage is very low so I had to purchase a 1TB External drive to storage files, photos and music. The other thing is the UBS and memory card slot is in the back, not convenient. So I bought a Card Reader/USB hub. Start up/shut down is fast, no noise and wireless keyboard/mouse is so great! Best keyboard I've had in 20 years!!! To get this up and going was so easy! No issues at all. Still not a fun of W10 tho!

This HP desktop is excellent for both personal and professional use. I work remotely and needed a desktop urgently for work as I was using my personal laptop (which is older and kind of slow). This desktop computer surpassed my expectations. It is fast, efficient, user-friendly, and looks sleek and beautiful in my home office! I definitely recommend this desktop.

Overall, this is really nice computer aesthetically. The processing speed is fast and the touchscreen is a great feature. I like the pop up camera and mic and think that all my computers should have that feature. Good array of ports and controls. Happy with this purchase and I would buy it again from BB. Good price and competitive. Fast shipping.

Very impressive. I love the camera because it can never be tapped if it is not pulled out by the user. This all in one is lighter than my last by another name. It's also slime line so it's mostly screen. My favorite things about this computer is the speed and clarity of the screen. I'm in love with a computer...

With the start of "virtual learning" this school year, I decided to shop for a new desktop so my son would have more "options". We really love the size and clarity of the monitor...the touchscreen ability is definitely a bonus! The speed and performance of the computer has exceeded expectations.

Great looking ultra fast computer, with great display and camera. The SSD and touch screen make this All-in-one desktop as easy to use as a tablet. Comes with good software a great intel processor and no worry of tangled wires. Definitely recommend.
