It's a good computer but before purchasing it, it stated it was geek squad certified and turned out not there was parts missing so I had to return the product

the screen will black out but then come right back on.on the poker site we have if I do not get the screen size exactly in the right place , the screen will jiggle. returned it to the janesville store in the first week three times which is difficult for us as we live an hour a way. all times the geek squad looked at it. all times they thought it was fixed. NOT.

I have not set up or used the computer since I purchased the item..attempted setting it up but experience some difficulties with the mouse and keyboard..

This was a good computer for my sons school work but not enough for working from home purposes.

I purchased a PC specifically for my updated music production studio. I purchased a music production software called Studio One 4 by PreSonus which uses a USB Interface. But since loading it all videos either won't play or they play in slow motion. The instructional videos are a big part of learning how to use the music production software. After working with tech support for PreSonus I am convinced I will have to go with another PC.

The camera stopped functioning on this computer within 4 months of purchase. Wasted a day with HP support trying to fix it and was told to send my computer in for a fix under warranty. Who has time for that? I just bought a webcam. So disappointing.

I have had to replace my mouse and keyboard. The wi-fi connection to the one provided with unit is poor quality.

adequate replacement for 17" laptop. fair price. average features.

Computer is great but I have on had it a month and 2 weeks and it is now sitting crooked. It is not stable. They say my return time is over but this is ridiculous to have to prop one side up. Not good !!! Buy again no not at all.

The computer worked right out of the box. Sound is good. Touchscreen is a little touchy.

The PC doesnt sit level on the included base. Reported this to HP and never heard from them, typical. Not a huge issue but its enouhg to annoy you. Now the issue we keep having is the PC wont turn on - it just beeps really loud and the screen stays black. This happened since we first bought it. HP instructed us to do a hard reset. Okay fine, but why?? The PC was brand new. That worked for the most part and the beeping would still happen time to time.. but now back with the same issue--wont turn on just beeps, black screen. I call HP...but since it has now been just over 12 months they wont even assist unless I pay $50. What a joke. Mind you this PC has had extremely minimal use there shohld be absolutely no issue with it. I think the PC eas defective all along. Will never buy another HP again!

It would suddenly go off just as I was doing something important,

The product was defective when I opened the box. I saw a funny line on the screen but thought it was the plastic piece on the screen. I tried to power it up and it would not power up and more lines came across the screen. Upon taking it back I was told it was cracked. I haven purchased a desktop computer in years so I had no ideal. Please check your boxes before you leave the box can be opened

Had nothing but problems with this computer. Calculator key would hang up. All my info. from old computer was not installed into new compute, Taken in twice and one remote session.

I returned it for the Envy because I need the tower style desktop.

Some goods ,me not so good. Average others on line as good or better.
