    Camera stopped working at 6 mos

    I like the convenience of having a pop up camera/web cam. However, it stopped working at 6 months. I am hoping it will be fixed and would revise the number of stars I like the screen and the ability to tilt it to the height needed.

    This is the computer the salesman recommended when I told him I needed to be able to edit and store photographs. I was disappointed to find it is not what I was expecting.

    Keyboard and Mouse Barely Work

    My keyboard and mouse that came with the device keep me from using this device most of the time. Each button I try to type, ends up getting entered anywhere from 5-25 times on the screen. The mouse barely registers on the screen at all and disappears until I click it a bunch of times, then it magically reappears but never points to what I need it to. Nothing about this $900 computer is responsive to the user and it’s basically a paper weight until I figure out how to fix it.

    This computer is beautiful and fast but the mic didn't work. HP reinstalled the operating system twice but the problem persisted. In addition, the keyboard kept sticking. HP sent me two new keyboards but the issue persisted. I returned the computer and exchanged it for the identical one and the problems continued. I will be returning the exchanged computer because this model has been very useless. I wish this product was workable because it's beautiful.

    Very sluggish computer. Added RAM and made it slightly better but overall its just a very slow computer. Very dissapointed.

    I bought this for my sons. They have a few issues here and there. It locks sometimes for no reason...It just functions with a lag. For the price, I expected more.

    The wireless keyboard and wireless mouse are awful. The mouse won't move the cursor and the keyboard types the same letter 2 or 3 times.

    Poor. I bought this product brand new. And the system never launched. You have to switcher between monitor mode and computer mode, and this brand new product i bought does not swtich it is stuck on monitor mode. I am annoyed becuase now i have to pay for tech support or go back to the store. and just sucking up the time i do not have. very disappointed with this product. If HP does not know how to make these all in on they should get out of that business.

    I received the wrong computer than the one I was shown. This one does not have a place to insert a disk,which I need for my music. This one has a camera for video. The one I had did not have a camera. This one will not even print out anything. I am not happy! As soon as this coronavirus is over, I will bring this thing in for the computer I was shown.

    The keyboard and mouse did not work, brand new out of the box. I tried 3 different sets and different brands of batteries. It was defective, new out of the box. Geek Squad was not helpful at all. They set an appointment 2 WEEKS LATER to have someone look at the keyboard instead of just replacing the defective keyboard/mouse.

    After 5 months of usage the computer blacked out and stopped working. When ever I try to turn it on it makes a loud sound and the screen doesn't even turn on. I tried calling bestbuy but the management was very rude and refused to help. They want to charge me for repairs even though the computer is under warranty. TERRIBLE treatment

    Not good Motherboard went out after eight months Unit was under warranty but Best Buy said I must deal directly with HP and that was a nightmare. The unit tipped over on the way home and cracked the screen and that cost as much to fix as the computer did. It ended up in the trash

    Have bought all my gadgets from Best Buy -computers,TVs,dishwasher, etc. because of the wonderful help. I knew they would work. Unfortunately, haven’t been able to get help with this computer - printer so may end up returning them and get my money back. Can’t use them if they don’t work

    Purchased certified open box. What a mistake. Packaging was terrible, plastic was broken, screws were missing / bent. IT WAS CERTIFIED OPEN-BOX!!!!!!!!!!! Never again.
