It was very easy and quick to set up. I love the space it saves. The touch screen is awesome and large. The speaker has pretty good sound as well. I always wanted an all in one computer after seeing them used at a car dealership and it does not disappoint!

Worked well when it did. But only after 2 years, I attempted to turned it on and it wouldn’t. All that money down the drain.

Failed Hard Drive after 9 months.

I liked this computer initially. However, after nine months, I took it in to a trusted local computer store, and they informed me that the hard drive was already failing! Instead of sending it in under warranty, and being without my computer, I just paid for a new install hard drive. I also hate Windows 10 photo program! Give me back my old Windows Vista! It doesn't download pics from IPhone, and makes double or triple copies of photos. Ugh! I decided not to use that feature anymore, and find another route.

I had an expensive HP ENVY all-in-one, like this one, only with an i-5 processor and 23" touch screen. I liked them machine when it worked. BUT, HP changed that. Their pre-loaded "HP support assistant" said the machine needed a BIOS update, which showed up on their program. That BIOS update was downloaded and the machine shut off and on like it should, and the the machine was totally inoperable since that immediate point in time. I called HP technical support, who offered no assistance other than "go to hp.com and buy another one that suits your needs", or "take it to a local repair shop and see what they can do". Other calls yielded the same results. It was their HP update for my machine, and they destroyed my machine and did not accept any responsibility for it. I will never buy, nor recommend, another HP product as long as I live, and they have had ALL my computer business since Windows 98 second edition came out about 20 years ago.

I bought this computer on 12/31/2019, on 1/14/2020 the computer died. It wont stay on and it makes noises when it turns on. I bought it to replace my work computer. Now I don't have a computer to use for work.
