Love this computer! Would have given it 5 stars but I had to take the initial purchase back and get another one. There was a problem with the sound bar. It had videos and music sounding muffled or as if the speakers were busted. However. After trouble shooting and speaking with the HP representative at Best Buy it was determined that it was best to bring back in the store before nonfundable date. It was repurchased and functions exceptional.

A bit confusing for a senior to set up but does have a great picture, love the built-in phone charger!

You never have to look for a clerk Their highly trained specialists are always right there to answer any questions and will match any price you have found anywhere else. Having access to the geek squad has sure helped me through all of my computer problems.

This is my second computer of this model. The screen on the first computer was defective after I had it for three weeks. Best Buy Carson City gladly exchanged the computer for me, which so far is working great. I was unable however to reload the office software I purchased on Best Buy on the replacement computer and would like this credited back to my account. I purchased office from microsoft directly for the replacement computer.

Excellent product. So far I love it! I can’t think of any cons thus far. It’s sleek and is exactly what I was looking for. The charging feature is pretty cool too - just note that if you have a case on your phone, you’ll likely have to remove it in order for the phone to charge properly.

I thought a new computer would solve all my work from home VPN issues but it has not. I guess it wasn't my old computer but internet connection that caused problems. It works fine, the scrolling on my remote work desktop is annoying, but don't know if that's the computer's issue. Needed help from Geek Squad to retrieve photos offloaded to an external drive, so not as easy to use as advertised for non-tech users.

I told the employee what I would lie in a computer & he showed me several. We discussed the different features & I chose the one I liked. I am very happy with it. It does everything I wanted it too, & I enjoy using it very much. I also bought a printer/copier. It's so easy to use.

Great computer fast while multitasking, my wife uses adobe photoshop without any issues.

The product I bought was a Christmas present for my husband. I purchased it on black Friday in Orland Park. He opened it on Christmas morning and was quite surprised. I helped him get it set up and went through different features with him. He is very pleased with it as well as myself.

great price, great performance, super fast startup and file downloads, sleek, expensive looking, keyboard is super thin and heavy...feels like it's made with expensive sturdy materials. we love it so much we bought a 2nd one so my husband and i can each have our own computers!!

Perfectly good all-in-one from HP. Not enough memory for multiple family users without using an external hard drive. But for one person doing normal shelter-at-home stuff, it's fine. If buying at Best Buy, be careful, the sales folks will try and sell you anything to reduce their inventory. It's not about selling you what you need, it's about selling you what they can to make the store look good.

I’m very pleased with our purchase. I’m even glad our Best Buy representative suggested to have the Geek Squad set up our computer and that was the best purchase ever especially if you are not computer saavy. I would definitely purchase again. Hope this helps, Marie
