The overall PC is user friendly and lightweight considering its a desktop. The 24" monitor is more vertical than horizontal in terms of shape. I liked the phone charger pad if I knew how to get it to work for me. Compared to Samsung, I still miss using my Samsung. I enjoyed the dashboard of Samsung but in all fairness I need more time to learn about it's bells and whistles so far.

This computer is well-designed, has a keyboard that is responsive to a light touch, is a good size, and the speaker quality, especially for music, is really wonderful! Having the hard drive built right in is a major convenience and makes extra room on the desk!!

I love my all in one desktop computer. It is sleek and compact but gives you all the abilities of a traditional computer. I also love that the keyboard and mouse are wireless. The speakers are high quality, so overall I would buy this again! Highly recommend this computer!

We like the computer Its like starting over because it calls for a lot of passwords. We did get support help on our speakers which was excellent. It was thru Best Buy and they took a hold of our mouse and worked on it. They were very patient Thanks for all your help

I am in love with this machine. I never thought I would purchase another desktop again, but its better than a laptop. You get the power and functionality of a desktop and the convenience of a laptop. It barely takes up any space and I can set it up wherever I choose!

Those on the Geek team were all very kind to me. They spent time explaining the work they were doing and sometime re-explaining, The young people at this store were very respectful and knowledgeable. This is one of the cleanest Best Buy stores I've been in.

Great specs for typical business even video edit functions. Got this set at Thanksgiving sale which is around $670 - you can’t find that anywhere else! Letter print on the keyboard starts to fade after just about 2 month use…strange though.

The problem it does not have a CD drive, and the storage not that great

My family loves this computer! We were able to get it for a steal on Black Friday but honestly I would’ve bought it anyway! My brother does his classes in the morning with now problems and my husband works from home on it in the evenings! Amazing set up

Was in the market for a new computer, leaning towards a desktop instead of a laptop. We shopped around and decided on this one. Works great for everything we do. The wireless phone charger is a favorite of the kids. We are happy with the computer!

purchased in March '21. also purchased 3 year extended warranty. Everything was fine until August '23. Took into geek squad for just to make sure everything was running good, no virus', etc... Since then, nothing but issues and geek squad will not help fix the problem ! When starting up now, it takes up to 5 minutes for it to work. They put blue masking tape on top of monitor and said to press on it to start !! What a joke !! Between the 3 year extended warranty and what we need to do now.....stay away from this computer !! (and geek squad as well ??)

I owned a DELL for about 6 years until it died on me.my daughter recommended the HP and I bought it. Didn't know it was a touch-screen until i started this review and saw the specs. I owe my daughter a nice dinner for her recommendation .

I found this unit was perfect for my needs. It was simple to set up and has excellent features. I.could have used an operating manual to start it up as it is somewhat different from my previous system. It does lack a burner for disc downloads.

I love this all in one computer. I have a room that has very little space and the compactness of this computer is perfect. I am not a computer wizard, so I can't speak to the specifications, but it does what I purchased it to do.

this is the 6th computer that I have purchased from best buy, 4 for my grandchildren and this is my second one for myself. I have been completely satisfied with each purchase. I have received excellent service out of each computer.
