The picture quality and the sound is like having your own mini-theatre. Easy to set up and sync with smart phone. Did have trouble with opening remote. Must be a universal problem, because there were a couple of YouTube video demonstrations.

Excellent sound, good screen, everything I was looking for. Sound is key to me. I was considering switching from a laptop when I went in, saw this one and started asking questions. When I asked about sound, Carissa said the speakers aren't always great, but we could try it if I had a song in mind. I picked Disturbed's Sound of Silence. The opening notes came out so clear and loud across the sales floor, she immediately said, "I stand corrected." It's definitely an i5 and not an i7, but it does what I need it to. I find myself using it more than my tv more often than not.

HP Pavilion 24" is everything I was promised and I could not be happier. With my old system there were wires to the speakers, tower box,to and from the monitor. Now there are just two. I love the keypad and mouse not having wires also. Just change the batteries every year like you do with your smoke detectors. The picture is clear, the speakers are great and while I have not used the built in camera as of this time, I look forward to talking with my grand kids often all while charging my cell phone. When they say all in one it is no joke.

It was very easy to set up and use. The computer is so much faster than our laptop! We also love the 24 inch screen and the fact that the keyboard and mouse are wireless. We're thinking of buying another one for our other place this summer. After we purchased it we got a text for the Black Friday Flash Sale, I checked, it had gone down $100,. Got another text a couple days later, it went down another $200. It was very easy to go into BB and get the refund each time. Now it's back up to normal price so getting the texts saved us $300+tax! Thank you BB!

So far so good, love the style and fit and it is fast and quiet and the speaker is nice and loud. If you are looking for a nice at home all in one desktop this is a good choice. I use it for normal at home use and for my independent sales business and it works great and set up was super easy to do myself! The only thing I will say is I am still looking to see if they make screen protectors for it because it is a touchscreen and I would like to have one in it for that reason, I have little boys with dirty fingers lol.

I was in the market for an all in one for a while and kept getting really confused, as there were many brands, models, configuration, etc. but when i explained to the best buy member my necessities, i can't imagine there being a better desktop than this one. For the heavy tasks i need it for, it does great! Through every test, including sound, display, and speed, it soars. Recommend this to ANYONE looking for a good all in one desktop experience.

easy set-up. just took out of box and system walked me through every step. love the wireless keyboard/mouse and touch screen all in one. Even though only I5, its quick.

I have had nothing but success with this desktop. Set up was a breeze and since I am not the most computer savvy this again was a breeze. Big monitor, easy keyboard and love the wireless mouse. I didn't realize that this has a wireless phone charging pad on the base of the monitor. My apple is happy to hangout for a charge session. Overall extremely happy with my sparkling black computer.

This is an incredible computer for the price. Easy to set up, and the speed of process is excellent for working at home. The screen is a perfect size, not too big, but big enough to have different things lined up in ther corners and work simultaneously. Love it!

Speakers stopped working correctly on second day, come to find out it's a common problem with this model HP. Had to end up returning the pc and getting something else. Did like the All-in-one style, crystal clear screen, super easy set up, touch screen, and speaker volume, until they broke. Front camera was okay too, buy wish it popped up itself.

I purchased this product for the possibility of working from home. I am very impressed with the design and the touch screen capability. The "All In One" feature with the wireless keyboard and mouse means fewer cords to detangle. I am not too computer savvy so setting up was a breeze. I am looking forward to see how well it performs once I am set up to work from home.
