It looks and works great for my business. I got it because my old one crashed. My only issue is the web camera doesn’t work. I thought about returning it but I prob will never use it anyway so I’ll just keep it.

So far so good. No problems. And work performed by the Geek Squad was done in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was excellent.

OMG! I love this computer! It is so fast and doesn't take up a ton of room! The screen is large and the setup was amazingly easy!

This PC is actually gets a 5 star rating from me. Best Buy gets the 1 star. Literally 3 years to the day after I bought a comparable ASUS PC, it mysteriously started having major problems with mouse control. Anytime I rested the cursor on virtually any list or value control, they would immediately scroll to the end of the list or max volume. Worse yet, any Excel workbook auto-scrolled to the end with absolutely no way to bring it back to the beginning. Two lengthy sessions with Geek Squad failed to remedy the issue. So I went to best buy and bought this HP-Pavilion for $999.99. The following week, I happened to be in Best Buy again, this time looking at TV's. I happened to go over to the PC section to ask a question about my new HP. By pure happenstance I noticed that my PC was now on sale for $699.99!!! Did anybody notify me either before I bought mine that it was about to go on sale or notify me after the fact that it was on sale? No. I confronted the store manager about the situation and he did get me a refund for the difference. I'm pretty sure nothing illegal was done by Best Buy, but I sure have to question what kind of goodwill they harbor toward their customers. It turns out, my misfortunes with Best Buy were not ended at this point. Keep an eye out for my review of the 49" Sony 950 TV I ordered and subsequently returned. Their shipping system has to be something they must laugh about in the Amazon break rooms.

So far so good. Easy set up and wireless works great. Computer us if good quality and keyboard and mouse work as expected

I went to the store looking for a laptop and ended up getting an All-in-One. Needless to say, I am a VERY happy customer.
