    I bought this product new and everything worked except for the built-in speakers. I tried to get help but since I didn't purchase a warranty(even though I bought it brand new and had an issue immediately) but wasn't able to get the issue resolved without purchasing a yearly geek squad plan. I bought Bluetooth speakers that work well and can now use the all-in-one with full functionality. Have not had any other issues with it and it is a nice PC.

    Machine is very good but the keyboard is not meant for rigorous use. I recommend baby potential buyer to buy a regular wired keyboard and mouse
