nice big screen to look at much faster than old one very easy to set up

This desktop is exactly what I needed! This is perfect for my use at home. At first I thought it may be too large, but the screen automatically downsizes everything for you (for just the right size, you also can adjust to bigger or smaller if needed). It's also very easy to use and the speakers are amazinggg. I leave them on 16 or they get too loud.

I love the All-in-one. I don't have a box taking up space on my desk now. The screen is the perfect size for what I do at work. You can do split screen if you are working on 2 documents. It has a charging pad under the monitor to charge your phone. I suggest get the 4 port USB so that you don't have to reach around to the back of the screen for USB hook-up.

I’m usually an Apple/Mac user but I wanted a desktop. The pixels are great and screen responsiveness is fast. This desktop appealed to me because of the design and wireless charging feature. In addition, the computer is touch screen. I am very satisfied with this purchase! Would definitely buy again or recommend to friends!

This is a great All in One computer - the clarity is beautiful on the screen and the speed is super fast! No more lagging computer tasks. Very attractive and no more big ugly tower! The touch screen function is a bonus too! Very happy.

Great for the money! This was purchased for an Auto Technician. He often has to download complex wiring diagrams and send/receive emails. It’s a perfect fit on his commercial tool box and is very easy to use. A great alternative to the laptop he was going to get (I talked him out of that because the screen is so much bigger). Highly recommended .

By far, the best computer I have ever had! It was very easy to set up myself. I absolutely love that it has a touch screen, although it also has a wireless mouse and keyboard that I use too. The system is just like my Samsung phone, so it was very familiar and I didn't have to learn to use it. It powers on very quickly and is ready to go always! I've used it for work and personal. I have never had any issues with this computer. It is my first all-in-one, which I was very skeptical of at first....but I so happy with it and will never go back to the tower and monitor type. I will always chose touch screen now also. This computer is quick, easy to operate and takes up very little space. Love the large monitor! I would highly recommend this one.

Great shopping, good size and easy to work it and good price

Computer screen is nice and big but, not overly so. And the picture quality is amazing! Love how fast it is to switch from program to program, as well as opening and closing different programs. The keyboard is streamlined and exceptionally quiet. Very happy I purchased this computer for the office. Will be getting 2 more for home.

My 7 year old HP desktop finally died and I bought this to replace it. It’s easy to use, starts up fast and very happy with it. Had to buy an external DVD drive and wanted an external hard drive. I still like it a year later and have had no issues with it.

This computer is perfect. I love the size of the screen and it’s speed. I love charging my phone on the deck of it because I always forget to charge my phone. The wireless mouse just feels good in my hand. I think I want to get one more as a gift.

DESPITE A FEW NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPUTER... I LOVE THE STYLING(SECOND TO LENOVO) THE SPEAKERS ARE PHENOMENAL, THE COLORS ARE BRIGHT... THE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE ARE NOT THAT BAD... I FIND IT TO BE FAST...MY USAGE IS BASIC SO I DON'T REALLY WORRY ABOUT EDITING, PHOTO SHOPPING AND GAMING...

Excellent choice ! This computer has beautiful graphics and is very fast. The sound function was defective but the Geek squad replaced it and it works perfectly. Lightweight and easy to transport. With the wifi function, I can move it around the house easily if needed. Highly recommend it !

I've had this computer two weeks and am impressed. Performance of booting the computer up and loading programs is spectacular due to SSD instead of a hard drive. Screen looks bright and crisp, sound is quite good. HP support is worthless. I have an HP laser printer and an epson scanner, both of which use a USB connection. This computer fails to see them. I got around the problem with the printer by connecting it back to my old computer and changing it to wireless, and now it shows up in my list of printers. Then I tried using the HP Support Assistant that comes installed on the computer to figure out how to get it to see the scanner. After having to repeat my problem in chat with someone multiple times, he told me this problem was beyond his expertise. Then he added that "this is a dedicated support for HP Notebook only". Said I would have to talk to Epson, but obviously it is the computer's problem not seeing the scanner, not the scanner's problem. Also HP kept giving me lots of unnecessary notifications about their products and services, until I managed to turn them off.

I love this computer. I have been wanting an all-in-one for a few years now to cut-down on the number of wires attached to the CPU and to eliminate the bulky tower. The speed is excellent, the camera produces a very clear/good pic and I am also loving the wireless mouse, keyboard and printer connectivity. I'm a Senior Citizen so this may be more exciting to me than the Gen Z group!

I absolutely love this computer and highly recommend it. It's fast, comes with wireless keyboard and mouse, the camera quality is wonderful. So clear. I love the touchscreen. I bought a slower computer a few weeks prior to buying this. I should've bought this first.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it absolutely! She does all her work on it and sometimes I even use it. It’s touchscreen and has a wireless charging area at the base. And the screen is big enough for her to see.

Love my HP! It was "out of the box" or opened. That didn't matter. Works perfectly. It's a great buy!!!! Nice size, A quality product. I love the touch screen!

I purchased this October 2020 and haven't looked back. This is the best computer I've ever had. Love the large touch screen and how if I need help it's just a question away. It's reliable and really for the price I think it's a steal.

Such a good buy. Worked seamlessly right out of the box. Walked you through set up and camera was decent for zoom. Wifi or Ethernet handles zoom and runs meetings and videos fabulously. Works better and moves around easier than our laptop.
