    I just wish it had a cd/dvd tray so I can play cd’s/DVD’s. I know they are almost obsolete but I still enjoy playing them.

    Well, it started off looking like it was going to be super easy to set up and use. Not so fast. I've had problems with the touch screen and getting the sound to work. The Bang and Olafson speaker system has never worked properly. I have to take the computer back to Best Buy to have them look at it. Overall, a 2 out of 5

      Thanks very much for your review. I can certainly understand and apologize for the hassle and frustration caused. We have recently learned that there is an issue with the audio drivers on this model. However, I have good news. We have released a solution to this problem.
