    For some reason the audio/speakers is horrible, unable to hear anything but low noise.

    We bought this PC for my husband because it had a good picture. Brought it home and worked perfect. Next day had sound issues. returned and replaced. Set up the second one, still had sound issues. fixed with HP help. turned it on a second time. Returned and will not be getting similar unit again.

    Great power but speakers are terrible!!!

    The speakers keep turning off because of the driver. The speaker makes a vibration noise even when on low.

    HP Pavilion 24" Touch Screen All In One Computer

    Computer had to be exchanged because there were so many flaws with the sound drive, speakers, internal systems. After two attempts with the geek squad to repair it remotely, the computer was exchanged, and then we had the same problems with the new exchanged computer. It took several days for the computer to be fixed in the store. It is finally working, but there were way too many problems for a brand new computer that should never have happened, let alone twice!

    Keyboard and mouse wasn't connecting to Bluetooth monitor. But great customer service!

    Having trouble with the built in speakers. They don't work. They make this terrible noise. I tried to install new drivers and it did nothing. Kind of worried that there may be more problems with this system. I have a HP All-in-One that I love. Bought this one for my wife. Nice system if it worked properly.

    Bought this computer with the promise of of great audio, well audio stopped working after 3 months, best buy won’t take it as a return and now I’m stuck without a computer from 6 to 8 weeks while the issue maybe gets repaired, in todays world of distance work, audio is essential when I asked best buy about a solution so that I could be able to work their response was if you want a computer now you can go buy one. Very dissaponted on this product, and best buy in general, also had issues with second monitor loosing configuration every other day.

    This has been returned once. No sound. Got a replacement. Hooked it up. Same garbageNow gotta call tried sat on phone on hold 40 minutes. Guess I gotta box it up and take this crap back physically to Monroe. Does suck.

    Computer having issues on Day 1

    Its a beautiful product but the day I received it and set up the computer, the touch screen has gone berserk! It begins to open every app and just go wild! I cant even move the mouse to control it. I’m sure I paid a few more dollars for the touch feature. For the price and the quality of computer its nice but for it to already be having issues... nope not worth it. Definitely being returned first thing tomorrow morning.

    Loved it for the first couple of days then the audio became scratchy. Exchanged it for another....3 days later audio was scratchy again. In researching the problem I found that it is an ongoing issue with HP all-in-ones. Would not recommend...going to exchange for a Dell.

    Too Many Problems. Returned It!

    This was the 2nd HP computer in 8 months. First one was unfixable and the 2nd had toomey problems. I hCad to call Windows Support and HP Support the first week! Windows was messed up and HP software was not working. They wanted to charge me $100 to fix it. It was suppose to be brand new and had faulty software??? REALLY!!! Returned it for refund! Return went smoothly.

    Great all in one computer

    This all-in-one computer is 3 years old. It still runs great. Updates well, and stays current. Best choice in all-in-one computers. I would love a stylus to complete documents on my touch screen.

    Poor color quality. Have the do a fix and repair everyday for audio. Not happy, but it is what I got.

    Defective speakers

    First one we brought home had defective internal speakers. Then had to fight through Best Buy's customer abuse to get it replaced. They wanted another $100 to get our data copied to new machine. Thankfully, onedrive took care of that.

    This computer came right on time. It does not take up a lot of space. It is an easy set up ever for a beginner. Great for Microsoft Teams, Zoom meetings, ETC.

    I had a really bad experience the computer would work when it wanted. The sound didn’t work at all. This is the second defective HP I have bought. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing any HP products.
