DO NOT BUY, 1st one had power issue, 2nd one had speaker issue and THIRD ONE had speaker and wifi issues. Wife loved it otherwise that's why we kept trying same PC. Finally got a Lenovo.

Do not buy. Mines just crashed and cant get a hold of HP for warranty. Only contact is through email and havent got a response from them.

Bought it as a Christmas gift off cyber Monday. Had it hooked up for less than a month. It’s already dead. Best Buy return policy expired, now I have to go through HP unless Best Buy does something about it.

It was my best purchase ever, Fast speed easy to use.

My husband and I purchased this PC last night. All I can say is WOW! Set up took literally less then 7 minutes. I pulled it out of the box, plugged it, turned it on and followed Cortana's verbal instructions. It is fast, it is quiet. The sound quality is awesome. The wireless keyboard has a nice heft to it. Aside from being a great PC, it is also nice to look at. The screen is large and every so sharp. The built in wireless charger is an wonderful added bonus! I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for a sharp, speedy, easy to use and reasonably priced PC.

After a month of purchasing, the speaker broke down. I only used it like 3 times. Now its stack on bios update reallybad product

Audio went out and scratchy for the 3rd time now. This will be the 4th time I am having to bring this computer back. What is going on here HP?

Brand new, 3 weeks old. Speakers not woking. Terrible crackling sound. Have to take it back. Disappointed. It’s a nice computer otherwise.

not impressed with slow loading and general performance

There is no power indication light on the machine. You cannot figure out if it is dead, rebooting, or waking up from standby mode because there is no light or any indication that shows if there is an activity going on in the background, which is very annoying. One could easily turn off the power assuming the system is stuck because there is no way to figure out if there is any activity going on in the background.

First time buying an all in one. It has great picture and sound quality. It is also sleek looking and I like the slim bezels. The bezels are even slimmer than the Apple all in one.

very good computer system and my kid used it during pandemic effectively.

The HP emblem on this desktop falls off easy. The glue is not strong enough for a computer of this price. The emblem shouldn’t fall off that easy.

I never write a review but I am fed up. We bought this computer set it up. The day after we set it up the sound became very scratchy and wasn't playing clear. We talked to a tech and he attempted to help us and suggest that we take it back to Best Buy to have geek squad look at it. We took it back to Best Buy they give us another one because we were in our 14days. Brought home our new one set it up 2 days later its doing the scratchy noise again. Its very frustrating.

Hands down the worst I have ever owned. Has been useless since day 1. I cant think of one good thing about it. Wish I could give it negative stars.
