love this cp. ordering was simple, everything I needed to know was right there. shipped immediately, came in perfect condition. The unit has fantastic screen, large very clear. simple set up. works great. Love HP. When I need to update again. I will purchase from best buy in this fashion again. The entire process was painless.

I'm not a gamer, nor am I doing a lot of work from home, this meets all my needs. Love this computer, processing speed is great, screen size awesome, graphics are excellent. Still have a lot to learn and try yet. But so far I'm loving my purchase. Wish I had opted for a non reflective screen to cut down on glare. Mouse is not very ergonomic but satisfactory until I replace it. Keyboard is not backlite, would be a nice feature but otherwise I like the feel of it, especially since I'm someone who has problems with my hands.

I love all the features on it and I like that it's a touchscreen easy to navigate through nice bright clear picture, I also like the big screen and how easy it was to set up great customer service also. The service team was awesome they switched everything over from my old computer to the new one which it was more convenient for me!

I've had this computer for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say that I am truly impressed. The set up was easy and fast. I have no complaints with the speed and one good thing as far as I was concerned was it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse, both easy to connect and was up and running in no time! I would buy again!

I got this computer to work at home. I really love it. It is fast was extremely easy set up and I am not a computer nerd by any means. I really enjoy the touch screen. The big screen is a very nice addition. I have had this since December and have not had one issue with this computer.

For the most part I have been very pleased with the computer. It is fast and has very good resolution. I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I use the touchscreen - I didn't think I would for a desktop. The speakers are good for lower/moderate volume; decent range. However, if looking for good loud music look elsewhere (an old iMac had better speakers, but I'm glad to be rid of that pile of crap). I do wish keyboard was backlit.

I set it up all by myself! So simple and user friendly. Takes up very little space but the monitor is huge if that makes sense. The mouse included is not impressive. The keyboard suits me great though! Love that it has touch screen and/or the mouse. Best of every world!

After waiting to see the price drop and continued complaining from my wife that her old HP desktop was running slow, I decided I would surprise her with a newer one. Glad that I did! Along with it being faster with the newer technological advancements, it also offers a wireless smartphone charger on its base! I was able to get refunded some cash after taking advantage of Best Buy’s Price Check when I saw the price drop days after I bought it. Wife loves it, which made things great! Other than a few software applications she wished came with the desktop, her only other complaint is that the charging station I mentioned sometimes doesn’t work. It could be that her phone casing is the reason for that.

Very easy to set up. I have an external SSD and disc drive I have added. Takes up very little space on my desk. Meets all my needs for office work and online reading. The camera pops up on top of the screen for Zoom meetings. Audio and video are great.

This is my first all in one computer, and I’m enjoying it a lot. This model is very fast- turns on quickly, switches windows fast, make it easier to work with several windows at a time. I bought it on sale, $300.00 off. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent computer, fast, takes up very little space, great picture quality. This was a great addition to my office area. Reduced the space used around or near my desk and gave me the power to complete tasks that required attention.

This monitor was good but I still prefer a large TV

Had to take it back to the store to get data transferred from my old computer to the new one. The remote geek squad was horrible. The in-store geek squad did it but charged me $85. The learning curve on this computer is steep and they provide no manual with it. I love the large monitor and the colors are vivid. Is much faster than my old computer. Only had it operating for 3 days.

I bought this all-in-one computer of HP last month, I feel that it is a excellent desktop PC because its speed is very fast and it is operated very easy. I like it very much!

This computer is great. My first all-in-one. The only thing I thought was kind of odd was that there was no built-in CD or dvd player. I had to buy that a separately. Not a big deal but was kind of odd. Remember it's my first all-in-one. Because it's an all-in-one it doesn't take as much space. Even though there's a hugh touch screen I don't have to worry about where I'm going to stash the tower. Thank God for the Geek Squad. They were really helpful in getting it set up and transferring my data.

An excellent machine unlike any other!! From its clear/crisp picture to the powerful sound of the volume its capable of doing. This is def a 5/5 star rating!!!!!!

Awesome computer. I purchased this for my father and he has had no issues. It is touch screen so that works out for him since he has tremors. Wide screen with beautiful picture and the sound is amazing.

Love of first sight. Large screen with bright, clear print. Clean lines. Easy to set up. Lots of screen space to work. Side by side pages makes editing quick. It really is everything one needs in a computer!

I was contemplating whether to buy Dell or HP but I'm glad I chose this HP especially because of the size screen, 10th gen and now ssd. I'm enjoying this big beautiful device for it's speed and reliability.
