Great Product for the Price

Needed repairs right away

It was and still is slow even after I installed another 8 gig ram making the ram 16 gig. I also tried to setup for 2 monitors using VGA and DVI ports. After taking it to the Geek Squad, they were very helpful, they found the DVI port was not working so it had to be sent to the center, computer was older than 15 days. Back in 2 weeks, port works OK but very slow when doing anything on the internet.

In order to write a letter on the word processer I can't figure out how to set right & left margins. I'm over 80 but I'm sure I will learn to like this machine. I love the screen.

Loved my XP. Windows 8 is too complicated.

I have written so many long e-mail documents and have lost them before the finish. They are gone, I have no idea where to find them and have to start over. Wish you could tell me where to look.

Defective software included.

Not backwards hardware compatible. Not disclosed at purchase. Windows 8 not updated automatically. Extremely poor post sales support.
