Great computer for the money will easily last a solid 4-6 years

This computer is a great value. The price was low but it includes more RAM and hard drive memory then the competitors. It is great for home/office use, and video and music editing.

To put in wires to port easily identifiable where to go.

none of my progrema work as designed under win 8.1 and will need to be purchased new as they are not available for the upgrade price

Computer is great for e-mail and some internet use. Hate the windows 8!!! Very confusing and very difficult to use !!! Could be a lot simpler. Otherwise computer is great.

I though that this computer was a gaming computer that is what the sales rep said but it really isn't so my son wasn't as happy it was a gift for his 13th birthday and he was a little disappointed with its proformance

I tried to learn to use Windows 8, but was really having a difficult time so I exchanged it for a Dell with Windows 7.

I bought this pc to replace an HP Media Center. I miss the TV tuner but it works well for all my home pc uses.

This works OK, but Internet Explorer doesnt work well with Windows 8.1 and we had a lot of issues to get used to.

We have been using windowsxp for years and on an old old machine. We finally decided to research and ended up with the hp Pavillion. What a great machine!

It's not a bad desktop at all. It's not the best, but it's not bad. An SSD would make all the difference.

I bought this to replace my 13 year old SONY with windows XP. It works ok to start but bogs down until it freezes up. I have to restart it about 50 times per day. Took it to the Geek squad once for the problem and they could not replicate it. I then paid Comcast $100 to upgrade my internet connection to their fastest, but I still have the problem As soon as I find time, I will take it back to the Geek squad again to hopefully get the issue resolved.

The computer is an overall good gaming system. I have had no lags with the computer or the Internet service that I use.

I moved up from a Gateway laptop to this computer, and it is definitely worth what it its price is. This is good for gamers everywhere, and will also do everything you need for schoolwork. 8GB of RAM and the processor it has is amazing, and does basically whatever you need to without lag or jitteryness. I love this PC, and I will definitely buy an HP again, though that won't be for a while!

I always choose to use HP products. I have found them to be very good products and have great service. Not sure about Window 8, but I will be doing some exploring on it and will reserve judgement until then.

I am very satisfied with this computer. It does the job of emails and basic gaming.

The font is not easy to work with, it does not remain the way you set it and sometimes it goes back and forth from small to large and then back to small. Settings are not really user friendly even after getting use to windows 8. I am really surprised that it is not faster, my older HP was older but seemed faster.
